@@VIPRealty I grew up in North Texas and lived in Southern California for the past 6 years, and I will say that homes in North Dallas/Plano/Frisco are definitely becoming comparable cost wise to areas in the Inland Empire/Riverside areas of SoCal (which is also growing fast as well). It's definitely much more than many home prices in California once you get out of LA/OC/SD and the Bay Area.
