      @@AJfanboy1bud, he brought in Graves and Smith that had really solid seasons prior to coming to Pittsburgh. You can’t predict solid players to be trash.

      In what way did he stand on his head for us?
      Like he was a fine backup - but he didn't have some crazy good season. I'm not against bringing back Ned for a fair price but it's not a necessity

      Former lead Dubas wins just as many playoff series as leafs in 2024. Just admit you were better with him.

      @@maxmarsula299 Wrong the leafs issues today in 2024 all relate directly to how Dubas constructed the team. We were not better off with him in fact we're still feeling the impacts of his poor decisions as a rookie GM. Doesn't mean he has not learned or will improve with the Pens but he was not a better option then Treliving who clearly understands what wins in the playoffs grit but has to clean up the cap mess the leafs got entangled in. Besides all of Trelivings players performed mostly well in the playoffs with more points then Dubas's players and they would have done way better if they had been deployed properly by Keefe but they will under Berube. So all in all we're better off without Dubas.

    Coaching stinks, 31st in pp. 3 on 3 struggles. End of period goals. Giving up goal right after scoring. All point to coaching staff..

    Ned was on the all rookie team, Ned won a championship with the Checkers. Ned needs a contract. The team played for him, he played for the team.

    NYR fired Gerard Gallant who got his team into the playoff but only round one and was fired. Bring him to Pittsburgh as coach.

      Honestly…I wouldn’t be opposed. Wasn’t he Vegas’s coach in their inaugural season when they made the finals? I would definitely get rid of Reirden before Sullivan tho if we’re being realistic. The chances of them firing anyone is slim, but to fire both coaches is pretty much unlikely. Our power play has been the dagger this entire season. We’ve lost so many easy games simply because we couldn’t produce on the pp. There’s footage of Reirden trying to come up with plays during timeout and his clipboard being blank..

    Sulllivan has overstayed his welcome. Plain and simple. He is the reason we did not make the playoffs in 2024. 1 point away Dubas. He should've just been removed as soon as you were hired.

      You’re delusional, he’s a career +100 player and was +13 this year. He also played all 82 games, averaging 25 minutes a game and had 51 pts with limited PP time. You don’t end up with those numbers as a “turnover machine”.

      I wouldn't read too much into this. This is all GM speak. There will be massive moves this offseason and I guarantee one of or both Jarry or Graves will be traded away.

    Tell us how you're going to get out from under the poor decisions to sign 58, 71, 27 and 35 to contracts they're WAY not worth. Edit: So you're gambling next season's goaltending situation on "How Jarry reacts." At least you have a plan. Edit again: Dude. The moment you signed the above listed players I knew the outcome of this season. It was obvious to anyone following the club. And it's sounding to me like you're going to do the same thing for the THIRD season in a row expecting different results from the last two. Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.

      That's completely inaccurate. With Guentzel they were a 1 line team. Once Bunting showed up they became a 2 line team.
