If you want to be above average you have to have above average ability. You have to be able to move better than the average athlete. Import to note you have to train and work above average. Keep pushing yourself to find a new ceiling constantly. Good post coach Justin.

I've been watching your videos only since yesterday, but the changes that I have made to my swing in that time has helped a lot. I ended up getting my hardest hit all year tonight because of your videos. I'm glad I found your channel. Do you happen to have any videos for playing second base though? I'm having trouble getting into position for throwdowns

    @ Ultimate Baseball Training,
I’m a senior going into my freshman year of college and I’m looking to tryout for the baseball team. I’m primarily a catcher but my secondary positions are third and first base. I’m looking for as intense workout. I don’t know if it means anything but I’m 6’1” and weight 280lbs.
Can’t wait to here back from you man. Keep up the great videos.

Yo, im gonna be a junior in hs next year, been playing basketball all my life. Out of nowhere I have the sudden motivation to get really good at baseball. I want to take it serious. I know how to swing and I know all the positions and how to play them(besides pitcher). I've been watching a ton of film on baseball in general recently. I have about 9 months until my school season starts and I'm planning on getting on a travel team this summer. What are the best ways I can improve and get the fundamentals down fast as possible.

I’ve really been trying to put in as much work as possible but it’s been really hard, my mom got diagnosed with cancer last year and my dads always trying to take care of her so I can’t practice with him like I used to. He played with the Phillies so not being able to practice with him is a huge step down. I just really want to be able to practice more but I can’t.

Buy a used glove, or ask if any of the kids/friends have a spare. Buy a used bat, or the same as glove. Latest and greatest gear is nice, but the best stories are guys who persevere and make due.

I really wanna be great and I practice as much as I can but I’m 13, we don’t have a middle school team and my travel team only practices like once or twice a week and none of my friends from around where I live want to be like me and be the best so I don’t have a friend to go with and my parents and older brother are always busy so I really really want to practice for hours everyday but idk how and I’m not trying to make excuses I just wish I had a way to do more.
