Surely 70 year reign 1952 -2022.

Sir. In the entire human civilisation no one was and on one will surpass to Her Majesty the Queen ELIZABETH II in terms of banknotes and coins.
I know how many countries feachers her portrait on their banknotes. The number is 34.
But don’t know the answer of coins.
Could you please tell me the answer with the list?
