It's day 24 and I actually have made a wicked plan, took two weeks off work for some heavy self love and healing, lots of meditation videos in letting go and focusing on being and loving me! I have always been a fixer who ends up breaking and it's not happening anymore! I have broken no contact to get back my things and I'm done now 💪💪 🤷♀️

I don't agree with not answering messages if they contact you first just wait 24 hours and reply you should not contact them first but you should reply if they contact you first they might want you back if you don't reply they might give up just wait a day before replying

Not replying gives them the impression they have lost you, which is what you want them to think to make this process work

Hello....Stress can cause us to do impulsive things and lose perspective. Giving her plenty of space and time can help get things on a better track.
