Garlic= 200 gm
Ginger= 200 gm
Oil= 400 gm
Bengal Gram (chana dal)= 100 gm
Black Garm (dhuli urad dal)= 100 gm
Peanut= 150 gm
Roasted Bengal Gram (chana)= 150 gm
Onion= 3 kg
Curry Leaves= 15 gm
Red Chilly= 20 gm
Deggi Mirch Powder= 3 tbsp
Tomato= 3 kg
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Salt= 2 tbsp
Kitchen King= 2 tbsp
Tamarind (imali)= 500 gm
Jaggery (gud)= 150 gm
