Desi Ghee= 4 tbsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds= 1/2 tsp
For The Filling:
Moong Dal= 100 gm
Gram Flour= 4 tbsp
Oil= 4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Ginger= 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds= 1 tsp ( Ground )
Black Pepper= 1 tsp ( Ground )
Kashmiri Red Chilli= 2 ( Ground )
Coriander Seeds= 1 tbsp ( Ground )
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder= 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder= 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Chat Masala= 1 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves= 1/2 tsp
Sugar= 1/4 tsp
Salt to Taste
