- This is a great way to use up leftover ham and so delicious and easy to prepare. I also included some bonus footage of some work I've been doing in our yard, so I hope you enjoy it. The ingredients for this recipe are listed below, so you can try it, if you'd like. This recipe serves about 2 to 4 people, depending on serving size but can easily be doubled for a 9 X 13 pan, if you need more. Quick and Easy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thickness
1 small onion peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup or one 5-ounce size can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
