As I have been grilling for over 40 years I absolutely love the joys of bbq'ing. Living in San Diego, California I get to grill all year long without much worry about the weather. Love your channel guys. Thank You!

I bought a small briquet grill and some self lighting Mesquite briquets the other day and have the stainless steel skewers I got from Ace Hardware. I have some tenderloin tips from Wild Fork but I am just going to season the pieces with black pepper, salt and garlic powder.

Lamb Kebabs from Turkey are really good too… something about the spices they use just brings out the flavour

As I get older 30+ years, for the past couple years all I do to have fun is just grilling with my friends at night while drinking beers..
We grill chickens, steak, lambs, prawns, fish, squids, etc. Life is so simple, grilling + beers + thoughtful conversation is the best! With a laughter here n there 👍🏼

If you want something to taste like BEEF tenderloin isn't a great cut. However if you are making kebab, or doing some kind of beef stirfry with a lot of strong flavours it is such a good cut. It's also super affordable. We buy a whole beef tenderloin for ~80 CAD and that does like 2 weeks worth of meals.

Going to have to try that marinade and small chunk kebab dice with. venison back strap. which. I find is tender as beef fillet ( tenderloin is the cut off pork 😉) but more flavour if hung correctly nice bit of Sika would work well I think

Aren’t you afraid that adding the sugar to the marinade makes for a bitter aftertaste as sugar burns so easily? I’ve always been told to only use sugar if you’re cooking indirect.

I live in a community that's mostly Dutch and most of the food is very bland. The way you cook is completely opposite. I cooked a pork tenderloin for some.Ditch friends and they couldn't believe how juicy and flavorful it was (they said it was usually dry).
I came from the Chicago land area, so I'm used to a variety of phenomenal foods.

It took me embarrassingly long time to find out what kecap manis is and how to spell it since to my ears it sounds like you are saying "ketchup mayonnaise". But know I know what it is and was even able to pick some up so I can give this a try.

No offense but lately the videos are just impossible for homechefs I just don’t buy these peace’s of meat. I do buy a flanksteak but not a tenderloin like The way this video shows. I get it you guys want to create something exciting but I don’t have this at home normally or my local butcher in nl also.
