«la vocalista Amanda Somerville fue la vocalista de sesión en los conciertos debido a una afección en las cuerdas vocales que sufrió Simone Simons» en realidad fue por que Simone dio positivo a una infección bacteriana llamada MRSA y tenía una lesión en su pierna y los médicos le impidieron viajar ya que su sistema inmune estaba muy débil mientras acudía de manera bastante regular al hospital para tratar la lesión.
Ya estábamos liados con los virus, gracias por tu aportación, no lo sabía 🙋♂️

These days
I think she was a vocal coach for Simone (and Floor, but I'm not exactly sure about her). So, this is literally how a vocal coach shows their student how to get things done, I'm sure people who take singing lessons will know what I mean haha
She is married to floors exboyfriend so i hope she wasnt her coach. That would be incestious. She was after someone elses man now she is after someone elses band? But i dont know the timeline events happened so i shouldnt gossip. I think Simone is the better singer. And you must take into account that Simone co-wrote everything this ladyis now singing here. She should just start her own band but she doesnt write music apparently. I remember her and her husband tried to set up a new band after killing After Forever, but it just didnt have that soul. But imust admit this video is changing my opinion about her, she sings with more soul now. And the band plays faster and looser here I like the vibe. I am glad for her.
@@addhoc256 Tarja, Anette and Floor also didn't/don't write any music for Nightwish and they all did a marvelous job as their frontwomen. I give Simone her well deserved credit on co-writing music for Epica, I think she does a good job on both writing, performing and being the band's image. However, I don't think personal drama among these women would change the fact that Amanda knows how to own the stage and do her job, which is singing and overall performing, and this video proves it. Not all specialized singers are meant to be music writers as well, it's cool and I sure appreciate it when they do, but not doing it does not make them any worse or less of musicians.
