-la mezcla de soprano con metal es algo muy interesante y precioso

That is Linda Janssen-van Summeren, at this time she was Linda van Summeren and is now Coen Janssen's wife. She is still in the "Epichoir" and sings soprano. They were married during the Design Your Universe tour, which is why Oliver went on tour with them. Not long after the marriage they also had a beautiful daughter, Cato.

I think it's a shame that Simone doesn't use her deeper operatic voice in newer songs, it's so beautiful. I think that the MRSA infection she had in ~2008 did some damage, but I think she got trained into too high an octave. I mean, her high operatic voice is brilliant and beautiful, but the lower kind exemplified here is too, and we don't see it too much, even in the live performances of TPA songs. I think maybe something of her raw talent was lost in her training. Imagine these sorts of vocals along with TQE instrumentals?! It would be great. It seems her pregnancy helped improve her voice (as can be heard in the difference between RFTI and TQE), perhaps undoing some of the damage of the throat infection she had that I mentioned.
But I really wish I could see her perform Facade of Reality like she does here.
It's funny, she's only about 19-20 years old in this; around my age.
