    Appreciate the hell out of this instructional. Nexus doesn't exactly give step by step for these.

      This is the Nexus video assembly, just re uploaded with more quality. I think.

    Excellent video. I was able to use a small paper clip to seat that stubborn roll pin. Couldn't have done this without your video. Thank you, sir. I will be purchasing a roll pin starter punch.

    Just followed your how-to and everything worked as expected. My roller pin refused to budge so I drilled it out and replaced with a solid rod. Function seems good, will try it at the range soon. Thanks again.

      Wow. That’s strange. Before you do, if it were me, ask CZ if they would send a replacement. Their customer service has always been pretty good by all accounts and they may send a new one. But I am curious how that would stick to the point it has to be drilled 🤔

    How many rounds did the oem go through?

    Your work & research on the EVO's flaw has been key to many of us and I appreciate that. BTW.. There's a company that has come out with a recoil spring that's has 25% more tension. According to the manufacturer, this reduces the recoil created from the BCG bouncing off the rear, recoil plate. Although they don't mention this, I'm thinking that maybe this may help on possible bolt bounce which can also be a culprit for OOB discharge. What are your thoughts on this spring?

    • @theuncouthtruth9551
      @theuncouthtruth9551  Před rokem

      Definitely a possible culprit. But tbh you have to be shooting some obscene hot rounds. I’ve run quite a bit of +p+ just below proof rounds without issue. So do with that information what you will. But I suppose it won’t hurt to have an extra layer of security. Provided that it doesn’t interfere with function. I imagine a 125% spring may cause issues with subsonic and rounds that dip below SAMMI but what’s the cost of an extra spring? Right? Protect your investments, I say. Lol. I may do that as well. And if it starts choking from a stiff spring, easy swap. 🤷🏼‍♂️

    Does the new bolt weigh any different than OEM?

      Near exactly the same. Within a few grams but I can’t remember the exact measurement

      Contact nexus firearms. The owner has the components you need. Upgraded components fyi. They aren’t made of polymer
