Front fork oil change karke dekho. Usually mera similar experience Gt mai tha. Yeah sound metal to metal touch hone ka sound hai. Front fork oil 10 to 20 ml bada do that should ease yopur problem. Agar front suspension ka spring change karte ho like I have done that will make your fornt heavy and during steering you will feel that weight.

Mujhe bhi karna hai apni interceptor mein . Kuch questions the :
    1. Fork oil per fork is 400ml right ?
    2. did you put the bush/spacer that you cut from a fork tube ? Or it is not in use ?
    3. Apart from Himalayan spring and 400ml fork oil per tube nothing needs to be changed right? everything else is stock?
    4. I think interceptor has a spacer tube which you removed in order to install the himalayan spring. Am i right ?
    Anything else I missed?

@@AkashPaul-ql1fu 1. Fork is 400 ml correct. But I recommend now 410 ml after using for 1000kms.
      2. I did put a custom spacer. Although I have removed the stock spacer.
      3. Correct nothing else needs to be changed.
      4. Correct the stock spring and spacer is with me. The length of the spring from himalayan is too long to accommodate the stock spacer.

@@motormoksh1. 10ml I can add depending on the requirement by opening the cap.
      2. Old spring+ spacer length = himalayan spring+ custom spacer right? So your custom spacer is to maintain the same length as before ?
Also appreciate you replying in detail . Thank you 😊

@@AkashPaul-ql1fu correct and the idea of adding the spacer is to stop any play from the spring.. The custom spacer was hardly 5cm... while you add the spring you can feel the gap between the cap and the spring visually... so accordingly you can make your own spacer... I decided not to touch the standard one and make a cut our of it as there was a spare tube available to do the job
