@@AkashPaul-ql1fu 1. Fork is 400 ml correct. But I recommend now 410 ml after using for 1000kms. 2. I did put a custom spacer. Although I have removed the stock spacer. 3. Correct nothing else needs to be changed. 4. Correct the stock spring and spacer is with me. The length of the spring from himalayan is too long to accommodate the stock spacer.

@@AkashPaul-ql1fu correct and the idea of adding the spacer is to stop any play from the spring.. The custom spacer was hardly 5cm... while you add the spring you can feel the gap between the cap and the spring visually... so accordingly you can make your own spacer... I decided not to touch the standard one and make a cut our of it as there was a spare tube available to do the job

@@Angadtripathi19 I am expecting it to be north of 140 as I have experienced but it is not recommended…. It can cruise at 100 all day with pillion and luggage… I am planning for a trip soon…

When I bought Hexa I was least bothered about Tata as Boodmo has all the parts available. Well off late I did make some cosmetic changes and all the parts were sourced from Boodmo. I do source the parts of my Tata Manza 2011 version from Boodmo. So if you are relying on Tata then I will say NO don’t buy. Parts cost in Boodmo is at par with MRP and are OEM not after market.

@@LMsan08 nothing related to engine. I have completed more than 10k kms in 6 months. Technically no complaints. I have taken it to low and high temperature of desert. I have done offloading comfortably with 5 adults and 2 kids on board. Obviously not hard-core offloading. This is gem of an engine. So on that note go for it eyes closed. But don't go for 2017 version go for 2018 or above as there is a difference in tyre size and screen display.

@@LMsan08 go for it... check the tyre life... 19 inches are prone to punctures... face lift models were changed to 17 inches....

I tried the same without dB killer it shoots upto 110 with dB killer it stays within 88

@@ST4LW4RT it sounds awesome without and with DB killer both... so I will suggest go with dB killer to avoid cops... without dB killer it rumbles... will sounds sweeter to a biker but may not to a cop.... with dB killer above 3000 rpm it roars like a monster... though with more treble than bass..

Not much into EGR issue. 6 months and 14000kms covered so far without any technical glitch.

@@Hackurr14 Bro customisation has nothing to do with looks... if you are a biker you understand that customisation is about comfort not dikhawa...

The mileage is same as it is... I did a recent trip where bike returned me 25kmpl tank full to tank full calculation.

unless you remove whole exhausts there is nothing to be worried for engine health and mileage only muffler is changed it is good

I have done that... mileage varies depending on riding style... on average I got 15 with mixed driving including highway and city traffic..
