Great video guys, as you say nostalgia is a powerful thing.. currently buying back the rifles of my past that I fell in love with..this year bought a MK1 Tyrolean Rapid in .20 along with a MK2 Anschütz trigger in .22 and an MFR in .177
A Daystate .20 Huntsman classic with the Anschütz barrel is currently undergoing restoration and shooting any of these takes me back to happy times… Love a lot of the new stuff of which I have 10 or so but the classics put a proper smile on my face 😊

Only just found your show so got a lot of catching up to do! I’ll be sure to pay a visit to your shop when I’m in north Wales next. Keep up the good work!
To answer your question, I’m currently on 25 guns altogether and running out of hiding places for them now! 8 rifles and the rest pistols. Favourite one has to be my Edgun Leshiy 2.

    Hello Gentlemen,
I love your show. I think you're both easygoing, down to earth fellas who'd get on with most people.
I have the TX Walnut stock. I love it and wouldn't alter it in any way. Every time I shoulder it, it goes to the same place. I love owning and using it.
I wanted a Weihrauch HW80K since being twelve years old. I didn't have a hope. Although my dad was a shooter, air rifles, shotguns, black powder/muzzle loaders and gunsmith, I was twin to another boy. Game over! My brother wasn't bothered. I was a good kid. I wasn't a drinker, smoker, or did drugs. It hurt my feelings that, for some reason, I wasn't to have my own air rifle.
Our dearly loved father passed in 2017, and I didn't race out go buy an air rifle. We were close, and I don't think I'll ever come to terms with parental loss.
There were some Magpies landing nearby. I purchased a Weihrauch HW97K Silverline, black moulded stock. There, my journey began.
The Magpies didn't get shot as they were on another property, making it illegal.
I never liked the black plastic stock and eventually made my own. It was laminated out of Walnut and Ash. All hand sawn and made by hand. The build is all photographed as proof I'd done it.
Following that, I didn't like my HW80K gunstock. I thought it was dull and lacklustre. I made a gunstock for that, too. I love both of them, though the HW80 is the one I'm most proud of, my second build.
I adore shooting my 97 and 80K's. The only thing with springers, they're heavy and reloading is a pain, as opposed to cocking a lever. When I'm hunting, I don't like a springer spring cocked for too long.
The pcp's are fantastic because of their no recoil function, their magazines-ten/twelve shot, and not too heavy.
Come the better weather, I'd like to bring in my gunstocks to show you. It would be nice to have a look at your shop, too.
I wish you well, gentlemen. Thank you for a great show.
    Best wishes.

My first air gun was a Diana 28 in.22 and it cost me 25 quid, that was about 50 years ago. It got a lot of usage and I had years of enjoyable shooting with it. An excellent first gun to develop the basics of shooting springers and in all honesty, springers are still my preference. For me, there's something not quite right when you don't get recoil or hear the mechanics of the gun working and there's something very satisfying when you consistently hit what you aim at with what a lot of people these days consider an old, outdated and inaccurate piece of air gun technology. Great show guys, made some excellent points and brought back a lot of memories of how much fun air gunning was back in the day (and still is although, not with the same kind of freedom we had 😁). 👍👍👍👍👍

As a 14 lad I had to save my money to buy my 1st air rifle...
The newsagents was opposite a sports shop... In the corner of the sports shop they had a selection of air rifles every day I would call in and ask if I could hold the rifles and owner of the shop became a friend I asked him how much for this relum tele base model air rifle and the cheapest I could afford... This was in 1974...i asked my mum if I could buy this pride and joy.. And I remember my mum saying we don't have guns in this house... I worked for months saving... And every week I would call in to see my rifle...the amount of rifles been slowly been sold... The shop owner told me I need an adult to buy the rifle another nail in the coffin... By luck my older brother like fishing and called into the shop for his supplies of bait... I made the money I needed just had to ask my brother if he would buy the rifle... He said know... But the newsagent said he would and I could store there.. So I managed to buy it... This is my story.. Of my 1st airgun which I still own... In between owning this I have owned most makes models but the two I will never sell will be my relum tele and a Hw100s.... Lots of story's to tell....

I was looking at a TX200 Ultimate Springer, beautiful bit of kit but seemed overpriced compared with similar rifles. Of my small collection of springers the last one I would sell has to be my BSA Airsporter for sentimental reasons, it belonged to my grandpa and we used to shoot it in his garden. Call me old fashioned but I'm still a fan of characterful spring guns made of steel and wood and .22 cal
