Some context! Like other people have mentioned, Agust D is Suga from BTS, who are a south korean kpop idol group, known for having an amazing catalog of music spanning tons of genres beyond just kpop. Agust D is from his self titled mixtape ablum Agust D which came out 7 years ago. Every song is a total banger.
Now Agust D is Suga's solo rapper name, so everything he makes under Agust D is completely self produced and written. Previous to being an idol rapper, Suga was an underground rapper by the name of Gloss... and he took a lot of flack from his fellow underground rappers by joining an idol group, which this song is his clap back against them and their jealously of his success. This is SUGA, one of the other two rappers (RM, SUGA, J-Hope - the original three members of BTS before the group concept shifted and the four vocalists were added). He does sing occasionally, as all three rappers do, and he is also an award-winning producer and songwriter. He goes by Agust D in his more raw solo works, where he feels more free to express things that he can't always say as a member of BTS. This song was off his first mixtape, and is a direct response to those who looked down on him and RM for leaving underground rap to become idols in the kpop industry. It's a theme that recurs throughout his discography - grappling with the idea of being looked down on for being an idol vs. a "real" rapper in the eyes of his peers.

Great example, that will have you hitting the pause button and replaying it just to get over your initial shock and laugh, Suga's collaboration with Psy on That That (2022 release). The MV is hilariously great fun, with full English lyrics. It's a catchy dance song. And yes, it's that Psy of Gangnam Style (2012).

Ok, so I suggest you check out the rappers next, there are 3 of them: RM, Suga, and J-Hope. RM is the lead rapper and overall leader of the group, he's the only one that can speak English fluenly. J-Hope is not only a rapper but he's also the lead dancer of BTS. Here are some recommendations of some music videos/tracks you should listen to:
Suga/Agust D: Daechwita, Haegeum, Amygdala (in that order, it's a trilogy and tells a story), and Give it to Me. All those have music videos, but also listen to the songs D-Day, Huh?!, and SDL, there's no music video for those ones, but they're really good.
RM: Joke (watch the music video with the English translation!), Monster (no music video but really good), Do You, Persona (under BTS but it's solely him on the track), Still Life with Anderson Paak, Wildflower, and Closer (no music video)
J-Hope: Arson, More, Airplane, On The Street with J Cole, Ego, 1 Verse, Base Line, and HangSang (the last 3 don't have music videos but they're really good).

BTS barely had enough money to eat and they were accused of sajegi, buying their own songs, complete nonsense. I read their book and Sugas line " why did they hate us " felt like a stab in my heart. BTS were very badly mistreated by other groups, their vile fans, show hosts and those who should have known better. He was angry and dissed those who mistreated BTS, he never names names though but they know who they are. Anyone who defends their mistreatment is guilty. Anyone feeling called out is guilty. They went through so much. Something I always have to correct is its not August as in the month, does anyone see a U after the A.

Yes you're pronouncing it right. Just like the month. This song is from his first mixtape, also called Agust D. His second mixtape was D-2. His first album is D-Day. They've been his way of dealing with a lot of his hate and anger. Now that the trilogy is done, he says he may no longer use the Agust D name for solo work and just use Suga. We'll see what happens when he gets out of the military in June 2025.
