What I really want in Astroneer is a way to align stuff super straight, or a toggle to rotate platforms and other structures in a more controlled manner so I can wrap the entire planet with power cables and set up solar + wind farms everywhere. I absolutely suck at aligning stuff as it is because of how I perceive things.

yeah, an alignment grid would be nice. there are ways to align things to each other using platforms, but it isn't 100% precise.

The bottom part of that blurred image looks like the hydrazine maker from the original game before early access. Good to hear we are getting a new playground.

it is new. It's the Bumble Bundle in the EXO Outfitters store for 1,100 QBits. It has the Feelers hat, Honeydew visor, and the Bee's Knees palette. I played recently with someone who has the bundle and it is all *very* detailed.

Dude I’m so sad it’s a paid expansion. That means no lore or new things because not everyone can buy it. But I will still get it for the new solar system👍

I'm all for paid content so long as it actually adds meaningful new game play, but yeah, not everyone can buy it. On the upside, the devs said people who don't own it CAN still join their friends who do own it and take part in the experience; they just won't be able to earn rewards or other things that come with it. But they WILL still be able to take part somewhat if a friend owns it.
