- In this Mumbo Jumbo Minecraft video, we automate everything with Mechanical Minecraft robots. The Minecraft create mod for Minecraft forge introduces Mechanical components to Minecraft. The Minecraft Create Mechanical Arm is very powerful, allowing Minecraft Create Contraptions to have items move freely within them, creating incredible industrial Minecraft builds.

It doesn’t solve everything because it still burns organic matter and thus releases greenhouse gasses and contributes to global warming. Since trees use sunlight for energy, it’s a solar generator that is polluting, which is a weird concept.

I think it’s because it fulfils the technical design ethos of red stone: it doesn’t have “magic do stuff blocks” that just handles everything for you, it has components that you have to put together, while considering technical limitations, like the 15 block redstone power limit

Hermitcraft most certainly won't be modded. It's going to stay vanilla as it is now (with some minor tweaks at most), and I'm glad it will, but a separate SMP would be cool (Tango and Zedaph have a Create series going, and Xisuma is also doing one).
Your server admin? Mumbo doesn't own the hc server, all costs to keep the server up are shared between the hermits and xisuma does the admin stuff like updating the server, adding small mods to improve the performance or add little things like the miniblocks,...

A beautiful overall creation! There is this mod which has barrels that work like chests but can only carry one kind of items. Once you decide the item you want said barrels to hold, they showcase a little image of the items carried to the front with their total amount as well. Could be nice as a chest replacement to this contraption and avoiding collision problems with frames!
I would love to see this in Hermitcraft season 8. Probably not gonna happen, but it'd be a nice touch. And maybe it could help Grian learn the more complex side of automation in Minecraft as a proxy.

You can make double chest and then keep item frame on one side and funnel on another side that would make it easier but the room size would be doubled. ❤️❤️

The best part about the Create Mod is how you can still use red stone. A couple mods that our similar to the Create Mod basically change everything, while this still feels vanilla!
I think it could be neat if he also tries Botania as it could allow some form of flight.

@@josephconover5270 well he can already fly with elytra, the flugel tiara is cool but, speaking as someone who has tried to build with it, it's not exactly ideal as in the latest forms of the mod at least it's not unlimited flight, and I often just used it along with an elytra anyway
@@nyanbrox5418 There is also the baubles slots which makes it so it doesn't take up a slot in armor, though it does require fighting a boss to access that can be considered harder than a Wither. Though I don't know if they would go with full Terrasteel Armor or stick with full Netherite. At least there is the fact that the enchanter in the mod that can use books to enchant and doesn't use up the books so mending would not be a problem.
Sorry, but not vanilla as vanilla. But a point we would nerd to argue, what is vanilla Minecraft? 1.14 changed minecraft so much that I don't really accept them as vanilla... But I really like it.

The bonemeal supply can now overflow, I would love to see an adjustment that when the system overflows, it automatically adds light to the skeleton spawners and prevents them from spawning.
would be kinda easy to do, there's a belt observer that can be filtered to give off a redstone signal when there's the item in the filter on the belt so you just put it somewhere on the bone transporting belt and take the redstone signal to lamps that would deactivate the spawners
@@dubl33_27 That would activate whenever the farm output its bones, even before it filled up. A stockpile switch on the bonemeal chest, set to activate when the chest is 100% full, would work better, for the lamps.

Mumbo playing modded Minecraft is such an untapped source of content. Love these kind of videos.
Deployers draw from any inventory on the contraption as long as you have the item you want it to place set as the filter and not just right clicked into the hand, so the saplings would auto refll it without the need for a hopper, also blast furnaces can be used with the furnace generator to quadruple its output, and finally hoppers will insert items into the top slot when placed on top and the fuel slot when placed on the sides so to automate that process dosent require create

I love this I really wish that all this was added to actual Minecraft this would make sorting stuff into the right chests SO much easier.
Whoever made the programing for the create mod is an absolute genius. Everything is so easy to use, and yet, has so much potential!

Little tip for everyone: you can avoid gluing individual blocks by using linear chassis, as their glued side stick not to one block but to a range of blocks (the range can be changed with wrench).

I would like to mention, when I first saw one of your videos I knew nothing about the create mod or redstone, but now, while watching your video in the background I made a 7 by 5 seamless mechanical piston door.

@@LPGK_the_catboy I think the real infinite energy source is the skeleton spawners actually. The bone meal is what makes the tree harvesting process even mildly efficient, because with just the sun's energy saplings grow much more slowly

For me, what I normally do for my manual storage systems that I recommend is that I have a chest and the storage system is segmented by 9*3 quadrants. In the front chest, there's an item for each chest as a way to identity without wasting wood or overall the headache that trying to right click around a sign or item frame is

note for anyone playing Create, theres a likelyhood chance that you wont be able to pick up the spawner contraption in your own world, the minecart still moves however, so if you have the time and patience, you can still bring multiple spawners to a centralized location, you just might want to set up a system that auto places and grabs rails before and after the cart, something like what tengo tek did in his Create playthrough. also this might not be an problem in modern Versions of Create, but 1.16.5 version does (im playing better MC mod with some added ones for taste) so have fun and making a super blaze farm in the nether or something. maybe use a map loader site to find Dungeons idk
You should install JEI for looking up recipes. Bones can be crushed with create to get more bonemeal and you do not need to use that much glue just use linear chassis that more lag friendly. Furthermore you can put signs at the chests and turn the hole chest wall 180 degrees to have the funnels connect to the back of the chest when you want to sort stuff. After sorting the chest turn back 180 degrees and you see the signs and can use the chests. Nice video by the way
I was thinking just put them behind the chest out of sight, as the depo looks accessible by the arm underground, haven't tested as I still haven't played it yet
@@Codingale this will only work when you make the hole setup smaller because the arm has a reach limit and i think this setup was build at this limit. But apart from that, this is a good idea :)

This is simpler than redstone actually, the mod has the button “W” when you are hovering over an item to show how it can be used in a 3D matrix, and it also provides the engineer goggles

I use my imagined world of people stuck in minecraft, using redstone machines to go to war with each other, to pass the time sometimes. Thank you, for giving me a whole new area to imagine. Story is gunna get crazy

most of the create mod machines are practical and you have to set up a complicated assembly for them to work, the mechanical arm though, is just straight up magic

One of the big issue in Minecraft is how to organize your chest and eventually try to partially automate the sistem. Fo those in modded minecraft exist many mod that help you to collect and distribuite what you need. Es. Applied energistic, refined storage, simple storage, etc but for mumbo wievers aren't advisable.

You can use these filter things to put multiple items in the one chest for e.g. I put red stone and red stone blocks into the filter and make sure it’s set to something like only allow them it will allow only those blocks to be inputted or if I have diamonds in the filter and I choose an option to not let it in it won’t filter it in, then you just have to put the filter in the filter thing for the brass thing
Who else would love to see this mod as a regular uploaded series like I know he has other stuff going right now but in the future it would be awesome to see all the things he comes up with
