Pan Fried Chicken, Broccoli & Rice

Ingredients for chicken:
* some thinly sliced ginger
* 3 spoons kikkoman soy sauce
* 3 spoons sake/rice wine
* 2 spoons sesame oil
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp white pepper
* 3/4 spoon brown sugar
For Rice:
* 3 rice cups rice, washed 3-4x and cooked for 3-4 whistles on medium high heat.
