  • Bikram Limbu Dai’s Ama’s Kinema ko Achar Recipe:
    1) 1 cup dried kinema (rice measuring cup)
    2) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    3) 3-5 dried chillies. I used 🌶️🌶️🌶️ and it wasn’t spicy enough 😂😹 next time, I will use 5!
    4) 1 tsp salt or to taste
    5) a bunch of fresh coriander
    I asked Ama if I should dry roast the cumin seeds and chillies to make my grinding easier. Ama said roasting the cumin will take away its natural flavour 😌
