Muslims do this from sunset until sunrise everyday for a whole month, no food and no water throughout the whole day, we go work, study, have exams, do sports, anything we usually do throughout and the day and still do it each year for a month sometimes even in the middle of summer when the heat is at it's worst lol it ain't that hard when you get used to it

I once FORGOT to ate randomly for 48 hours straight and then remembered it like whoops theres something i forgot (my life is completely messed up btw, things like that are happening) i can also remember the time i slept only two hours each night for around four weeks because of all the schoolwork and then i didn’t slept a whole night, which led up to me not sleeping for 36 hours and studying instead. Next day on school i had a panic attack and threw up so i had to go home. Please don’t ever do things like that guys it’s bad for your health believe me
