Oven mei cook kar sakte hain but we have to dry it,so oven mei yeh katli nahi banegi,even if you try, than only upper part will be cooked and usme firmness nahi aayegi

Sorry to say but this is totally different from pudding while this is made from only 2 ingredients where as in pudding the key ingredient is either gelatin or agar agar. This Mango Katli has been made in India from hundreds of years ago and is a traditional sweet.
