If you keep it outside, you can have these for 4-5 days. If you refrigerate them, then you can have these for 2 weeks.

Instead of coconut powder can we add any nut powder like cashews pistachios or almonds

You can use cashew instead. However, if you are using other nuts, the proportion of mango pulp must be reduced as they can't absorb liquids so well.
