I've had mine(exact same one as video) for 2 years and always add vicks liquid solution made for warm mist humidifier in with the water😳 per the measurements on the liquid bottle. I came on here just to see how others clean theirs, and surprised to see I'm not supposed to add anything in the water. I mean it's worked out well for us. Better than the little vicks pads we used to put in the medicine cup.

I am wondering if it works without medicine 🤔 I bought the steamer but didn't realize I had to buy medicine separately and wondering if the water by itself is sufficient?
Absolutely! Just getting moisture in the air is extremely helpful! I never use the medicines in mine anymore to be honest!

Please don't use tap water. Use filtered or distilled. Otherwise you'll get harmful minerals
