Aahh, what a movie - it has been 18 years away from my city and my town. 2005-2007 same story at the university. Yet not met all those whom I miss everyday.
When Jaanu tells the story of how Ram proposed to her to his students the pain of their unfulfilled love can be felt in their eyes.....what an emotional scene and a masterpiece.....

Nashedi log, nashe ke gulam hojate hain, theek usi tarha, aaj ki peedi ko Johri type filmo ki aadat ho chuki hai. Hence producers don't want to invest in actors like Nawazuddin, Pankaj Tripathi, Nana Patekar, etc. Mostly they would be cast as side-actor or second lead.
