    My 4 BEST Monthly Dividend ETFs:
    With the combination of all four of these ETFs, you will see at the end of the video how a portfolio using only these four monthly dividend ETFs achieved a 17.65% annual return for the year of 2023.
    Although this includes the reinvestment of dividends, the performance of these funds are beyond superior to many others I researched.
    Note: This portfolio would do you best in a retirement account like a Roth IRA where the dividends are tax free as well as the growth.

    DIVO is underrated. Lots of yield traps out there, but DIVO isn't one of them.

    Thanks for this video. But today i spent 3K in SCHD as i remember u saying SCHD being the king of dividend yields. Let me know ur thoughts

    • @DannySully
      @DannySully  Před měsícem +2

      Of course! And I still believe SCHD is the beast of dividends. I just kept the criteria for this video to dividend etfs that pay dividends monthly. SCHD is quarterly. I still own SCHD but of course that is a personal decision and you must do your own research. Thanks for reaching out!

    • @officialroseworld1997
      @officialroseworld1997 Před měsícem +1

      SCHD is one of the best when it comes to dividend growth. Over time it will catch up and surpass a lot of high yield dividend funds that don’t have the same dividend growth. Low expense ratio and high dividend growth on top of the fact that the dividends are qualified are major reasons why SCHD is so popular.

    Why did you choose DGRW over SCHD?

    • @DannySully
      @DannySully  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Great question. SCHD pays dividends quarterly, where DGRW is monthly.

      @@DannySully ahhh ok I guess if monthly was the qualifier. Thank you for your response

      @DannySully cmon Sully, that doesn't mean jack! It's what the total annual dividend is, not that you receive it monthly versus quarterly. SCHD should be in here.

      Thanks for pointing this out. Just did quick research on it. Very new to the market with only a few funds. 73% of the fund is in the top 10 holdings. Expense ratio is higher than any of these 4 with .65%. BUT, so far very high dividend yield and returns. I will keep an eye on this but would not consider it quite yet compared to the 4 I mentioned. Personal opinion, do your own research!

    DGRW?? Really, with its 1.63 yield. You could do much better.

      May not pay high dividends but it’s a growth fund. In the long run your money will still grow.
