I think it is because probably the Mini 4 put the sensor off when you were using the propeller guard! Try again without the propeler guard and the sensor off!

I reset and verified the sensors after the prop guards were taken off before shooting this video, just like you suggested.

Was APAS in Baypas Nifty mode?
