- We finally got to ride! About 7" of snow fell last night and that is enough for us! This is the first time of the season I've had a sled out of my yard. Hope you enjoy the double camera split view footage.

Nothing better than old school pin striping
At least you got to ride ! I’ve been riding since 1971 and have never seen anything like this year. I still haven’t rode yet and it won’t happen this year. A lost year for me. Love your show , have fun , be safe !
Thanks!
Looks fun. On the cat tails: unless you have a airbox WITH a foam inlet cover, avoid those things.
I've had to do engine work caused by cat tail fluff getting sucked into a engine and packing into the bearings.
Yep.
We got 7 inches in central iowa Friday morning I couldn’t ride because of work and and young kid. Thanks for the inspiring video. When my daughter is old enough I am getting touring so we can skip work and school!
That is awesome!
This year has been painful to us snowmobilers. Glad to see you fellas got to get a ride in.
Thanks.
Jealous... I haven't been in the sleds all season, nor have I done any riding. I would love to squeak a ride in but like you, I'm staring down the rain forecast and wondering if I'll have the chance to crank one up or not! Always fun watching you guys tear up the ditches though... it keeps the passion alive.
Thanks Kenneth. Hope you get some rideable snow out of this next storm.
Glad u guys got to get out at least once. I’ve got about 1k miles this year in NH. Got about 10” so far today. Supposed to get 20” by end of day
That's awesome. Nothing like that happened anywhere in the Midwest this season.
I’m so jealous!!! What can I say🤷🏻♂️
Clean the carbs 🍻🍻🍻
Nice! Yep that looks like the snow they get down south, ground isn't frozen and it's gonna be gone tomorrow so ya better get at it! This is the first year since '08 I won't get to throw a leg over a seat on snow. Yeah with nothing frozen I'd sure stay away from the cat tails! Glad to see some moisture up that way it's been DRY.
We were hoping for another ride, but this storm today and tomorrow looks like it is shifting more towards rain.
Good ride guys! More snow coming 17-24 in Mercer have a good one
Thanks! You too!
Chandler farms in Mapleton Maine is a large polaris dealer. They have a brand new decal set for lonnies 93 xlt
Thanks. Lonnie has a hood with vintage pin striping that I picked up at the Princeton swap. We just need to bolt it on.
Awesome! I can’t wait life the snow to hit up here in Duluth MN. I got my 98’ XC 700 fired up today so she’s ready!
Until than I’ll be restoring my Indy trail. Can’t wait for summer to start rebuilds and whatnot and record this just like you guys!
Great video! The dual came is very unique and new
Good luck on the snow. Hope you get a good ride in.
Last time winter sucked this bad was in 81
It's been a bad one.
Man I’m up in Perham hoping we get that much snow this storm
Hope you get a ride in!
You and us both are going to get hammered Sunday through Tues morning...looking like 8 to 12"....loved the video thanks
We're hoping so, but it is looking more and more like rain all day Monday. I was really hoping to get another ride in, so we will see.
It's March 27, 2024... and I got my first ride of the winter in! It was only 7 miles split between two sleds, a '98 500 Classic and a '95 440 Super Sport, but they're running like tops, which means I've got two pretested for next season! 😂
Awesome Kenneth! We rode again today too! 3 rides for the season, way better than none.
@@nuttersspeedshop Glad to hear you boys are taking advantage of this extremely limited season! I noted today that not only is March 27th the latest I've ever taken in a first ride, it's the first time I've ridden snowmobiles AFTER taking the motorcycle out of the garage! What an odd year!
@@kennethgoin628Lonnie had over 3000 miles on his Motorcycle before our first sled ride.
@@nuttersspeedshopTHAT is just ridiculously AWESOME!!!
I was hopeful yesterday as it snowed here in Iowa but although it covered the grass, by the time I got off work it was melted. No 440 prowler for me this year I guess
That sucks.
Loved watching this episode. Reminds me of ditch riding near Marquette Michigan from 1989 to 1992.
Nutter. I have three vintage polaris helmets if your interested. Just pay for shipping and they're yours.
Very cool! Can you e-mail me? I think you have my e-mail address already.
Riding some of the funnest ditches around! Sure melted quick.
Yes it did.
HERE IN MA NO SNOW FOR OVER 2 YEARS WORTH ANYTHING AND NO SKATING WINTERS JUST NOT LIKE THEY USE TO BE
That sucks.
Vermont is getting 15 in of snow right now so i can ride my sno prince a little more before storage
Awesome!
Do it while you can for sure ! 😊
100%
I was down your way tues and wed. Still no snow in northern mn
That sucks. Did you get to ride at all this Winter?
Not once. I could have trailered to certain ditches or lakes
What PTO was made for. From Central NY and we are at 10 inches and it's still snowing. Yard fun was had!!!❤ 55 by Wednesday. 😢
At least you got some riding. We're expecting more snow tomorrow, but it will probably be followed by rain.
Hey Nutter! Any chance I could get you to keep an eye out for a reverse set up for a mid 90`s XLT?
Sure.
@@nuttersspeedshopThanks!
🔥👊🔥⚙️🔨⚠️🏍
How much snow did you get there?
7 to 9 inches here. Other places not far away got a lot less.
Only 4 inches here
@@kevinandres5053 That's too bad
nice run finally... waiting on 15 - 20 inches❄❄❄❄ today🌊🌊 😉🌀🌀
Awesome!
