Locks on 90s Chrysler vehicles can be opened with any almost other chrysler key with good grooves. Just insert it, apply little twist and shake it hard. I know from experience of locking my keys inside my van.
I agree with noah. Your supposed to pull the key out one click (tooth), not two. Also, check out other videos. There is one that shows how to modify a bump key to work better. It's modified so you don't have to keep pulling it out one tooth if it don't work right away.

So basicly its a forced L rake , but where a L rake keeps the lock intact this way you ruin the lock thus showing compromised it and blowing your stealth. i would go with a Bogota and finish with a small hook for the ones i missed. Just pull out the key one click. Also have the teeth on the key spaced right so they can all contact a pin at the same time.
