Some tips: clean dry ginger can be put in a polythene cover, n keep it in the fridge. If peeled n grated, keep it in the freezer, in a flat container in separate heaps.
Padavlanga n beans can be washed, keep it in bowl to drain n dry, cut n keep it in a dry airtight container.
Newspaper gives out the lead it gas, so may not be too good. Cloth napkins can be used, n wash, dry n reuse.

I like your videos normally Ma'am. But disagree with the use of clingfilms, ziplocks and aluminium foils. All these are extremely toxic, extracted at a huge cost to the environment. Their disposal is a huge issue as well. People like you should be asking others to use less and fewer of these. But for this, I really admire your work.
