    Great overall video of how to. Just a heads up for anybody doing this tho: if you have the bigger front arm (41.5mm, like this video) you need to press in the larger side of the bushing in from the back of the arm, and stop pressing once the step on the bushing is flush with the inside curved part of the arm. Don't just press it in a lil bit with small side first. Engineering wouldn't make sense. It needs a certain amount a surface contact to create its bond. If you have the smaller arm then your press the smaller side of bushing in first til it stops because of the step. Confirmed with spc, and makes sense.

    J.s i just did mine and did not remove the wiper cow . You go through the brake master cylinder assecs door to get the drives side . The passenger side is a p.i.t.a ,but can be done . Unhook and remove the purge solenoid. Use an 18mm swivel head ratchet wrench.

    If you installed these with hole at bottom dead centre would that mean the camber would be at 0. Just trying to replace a bushing that I destroyed while changing out a rear driver side cv shaft. No lowering kit, just a stock 300. Having a hell of a time finding a replacement that doesn't have some sort of adjustability. Any help would be appreciated. Good video, thank you.

    my front left caster is -1.2 front right is -1.7
    Both front toes is .10
    Front left camber is -1.9, Front right is -2.4
    Back left camber is -1.9, back right is -2.4
    Back left toe is-.05 back right Is .10
    Just got it done at pepboyd I already told them the camber is off, on the back right. What do you think of this considering I just got it done? It seems like whoever did it sucked. Im kinda pissed. I do a lot of driving around towns but do like to speed it up here and there and hug turns tightly although I don't mid a little drifting although I just want it like how it came from factory.

  • @richardbarr7191
    @richardbarr7191 Před 5 lety

    Cory, a couple questions, first, how much did it cost to do this work. On the rear camber bushing, you removed both the flat bushing and the step bushing, but you only have a single camber bushing for the rears, right? I am pretty sure I just missed your point on the back bushings. Trying to find someone I trust to put these on is a challenge in itself.

    • @DrivewayDemons
      @DrivewayDemons  Před 5 lety

      I used both on one side of the rear. The other side didnt need it. Also the cost will vary but anywhere from $200-$500 for a complete rear.

    I literally have to do this exact process on my Dodge Challenger SXT when my Eibach sport plus set comes in! (Lowering springs, new shocks, sway bars, & links). When I go to do my alignment, doesn’t it effect the vehicle with it being lifted just like in your video, with incorrect measurements? I figured I would have to check while it’s sitting properly and lift it, adjust, lower it again, then re-roll all over again to and keep tabs on where my angles are at each time and then repeat the process all over again and recheck again, and again, and again. Can you explain your process so I’m not taking up time at my shop’s times. Also, I’m the kinda guy I like getting every time near picture perfect. Not a single spec off! Would I have to buy adjustable control arms for the rear to get that? I don’t care if it’s in spec and it’s in the green, I’m more of a principal kinda guy. It has to be exactly on the mark or .1 next to it. I’m getting an aggressive drop so I wanna be sure. I’m ordering the same kit you are right after i install my Eibach kit, and check my alignment to see where it sits at currently
