For years I thought getting 2-4 (most nights it’s 2 hours) hours of was normal until I met someone that told me it isn’t normal. I honestly thought I was normal not knowing I was stressed but when I got 8-10 daily in 2 days I felt completely different like a brand new person. GET SOME SLEEP PEOPLE

I have plenty of time to get sleep when I’m dead.
Rent isn’t gonna pay it’s self.

That lady might not be getting enough sleep because she’s doing too much. She needs to spend at least 2 to 3 hours before going to sleep to just relax and wine down. She’s over stimulated her body with working out and looking after her kids and she might be a little stressed

But then what happens if you become dependent on cannabis for sleep? I’m actually asking advice because my New Year’s Resolution is to cut back on the weeds.

@@gone.golfingjust wait until you’re ready. I used to use it for sleep when my life was a little more hectic. Eventually, I started having an easier time falling asleep. I was working a physical job and some nights I’d be so tired I’d fall asleep without smoking at all for the entire day as I would have no time in the morning and would pass out immediately when I’d get home. It was on and off like that some nights I’d take a bowl some nights I was too tired too until I just didn’t need it anymore. I used to sit in my room all day as a teen and rip bowls with my friends. Eventually, responsibility’s come and I couldn’t smoke as much. I find when you’re busy, you don’t think about it as much. When you’re not and it’s available, why not I guess. Basically what I’m saying, is that your body will tell you when you’re ready. If your life is a little hectic right now, and you need a couple bowls or a nice fat spliff before bed, then go for it, you’ll be okay. Smoking weed is totally fine as long as you’re using it within reason. Taking a few bowls to go to bed? More then within reason, in fact, that’s exactly what the majority of the people that smoke weed use it for, sleep and relaxation. I’m Canadian, so I can go up to the strip mall by my house, grab a 6 pack from the liquor store, a couple drinks and snacks from the buck store, and then, just as normal and legal as going and buying anything else, I can walk into the dispensary and grab my oz and go, so I really don’t see it as being something people need to “force them selves to quit.” I think it’s a great medicine wether it’s thc, cbd, edibles, flower, oil, topicals, drinks etc etc. Funny thing is, (off topic) we have a liquor control board in my province, so you can’t buy liquor or beer at just any grocery/gas station unfortunately. Gotta go to a liscenced LCBO (liquor control board of Ontario) store. Now some gas stations and grocers have lcbo liscences, but there’s all kinds of laws like you can’t have a pharmacy with an liquor liscence and stuff like that so most don’t bother. So alcohol can be sparse (but the lcbo are very reliable at least). Yet any Joe blow pot head can take his grandma’s inheritance and open a dispo. Meanwhile other provinces and most of the legal states, you have to go to the equivalent of a liquor control board, but for weed. So most can booze anywhere, but hard to find weed. In Ontario? Weed everywhere, alcohol not so much hahaha
