    She got me started on my KB journey and sometimes, when I stop training for a month or so, I return to this workout to reactivate my muscles again. Solid and good job.

    Brittney was the first kettlebell video I ever watched. It got me hooked on Kettlebells. She is a great coach and mentor. I still revisit and binge watch her videos. I agree with you, however, on the grip for the two hand clean, goblet squat and overhead press. I find that if I grip the bell rather than the horns, I feel a better stacking of the body over the center line. Great review.

    Hi, I am a professional kettlebell lifter. And my coach gives me such sort of exercises at the end of my basic training as kettlefit. It's usually a combination of three to five exercises to be physically fit throughout my body. I always do that after my main training with kettlebells and i do three sets. Good video!

      @girea75 I am very curious about your statement of being a professional kettlebell lifter. What does that mean? Do you compete or train? I've been working out with them at home, but I wouldn't know what it means to be a "professional!"

    • @girea75
      @girea75 Před 10 měsíci +1

      @@BrianMegilligan yes, sir! I am training four times a week. I have a professional coach. And I compete either. May be it was too much to say that I am a professional. I am an amateur kettlebell lifter but I train as a professional.
