- In this video I will be discussing about Oral manifestations of Lichen planus, Grinspan's syndrome, Nikolsky's sign, Histopathology of Pemphigus, Koebner's phenomenon, Signs in Psoriasis, Clinical features of Erythema multiformae, Oral manifestations of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Down's syndrome, Marfan syndrome etc.
While discussing a question on Nikolsky's sign (6:16 minutes), I mentioned that it's positive in bullous pemphigus which is wrong. Apologies. The right answer is epidermolysis bullosa (option B). Nikolsky's sign is positive in - Pemphigus, Hailey-hailey disease, Scalded Skin Syndrome & Epidermolysis bullosa. Pseudo Nikolsky sign or epidermal peeling sign is positive in Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, in some cases of burns and bullous ichthyosiform erythroderma.

Hallo Dr sir, I am suffering from oral lichen planus since December 2019,and no any Dr proper treat me.I take medicines SM fibro, rebogen, refree capsule,g-flovin,and lexanox oral paste with orasep ot but not feeling well. Please sir suggest me for treatment.

Excelent sir ,but In Marfan's syndrome aortic disection is the reason for aneurysm and prolapses ... U missed that point . I know that's not there in Shafer's ,so posted here
