    extraction of deciduous max molar in 5 year old, you should use.
    1.labial-lingual movement.
    2.labial first
    3.distal pressure.
    what can the answer be.i thought it would be lingual as roots are palatal.

    • @SaiNaveenKumarPilliPTBD18
      @SaiNaveenKumarPilliPTBD18  Před 7 lety +2

      Hi Lavankia, since the palatal root of deciduous maxillary molar is curved, the initial direction of force is applied slightly to the lingual, followed by sustained force to the buccal and counterclockwise direction to deliver the tooth out of socket.
