Brother mujhe ek question hai jo ki shayad aapne missed kardiya. Care health insurance buy karne ke time.
Baat aisi hai ki care policy mai (Shield Protect) jo non consumables ko cover karta hai as a Add-on.
Ye add-on add karne ka option hi nahi hai when you buy from Phonepe.
If you will read your policy which you have received on your email and whatsapp in that cover shield add on will be missing.
I am also planning to buy care insurance from phonepe but because of no option of add-on i have not purchased yet.
Can you please confirm this addon in your policy. If not mentioned than could you please confirm from the phonepe customer service team that once the policy is purchased post that how to add on Claim Shield and how will the emi amount will changed.
Please investigate this and reply to my comment.

Hi, thanks for pointing out. Maine check kiya hai policy me wo add on nahi hai. Isse pehle bhi maine Phonepe support me baat ki thi Ad Ons ke bare me to unhone bataya ki ye sab hum apne hisab se dete hai. Isliye agar isme nahi hai to wo aap alag se add nahi kar sakte. Baki rahi baat care wale ad on ki to wo m kal aapko confirm karke update karta hu. Thanks
