The only thing I would have liked to know is who the hell it works. Does the air come out both ways? If not, how is it done? Or is the the hole/ring-design just for show and the air is actually coming out through the slits seen at 2:08? My guess it's the latter, right?

It comes out of the attachments designed to do the different tasks otherwise it’s just air blowing out uncontrolled
