I love when the internet says "nope, not today, Satan" and floods a person like Oz with not just financial support, but a colossal amount of emotional support. Did you know Oz is only 23? This is a whole lot to go through for a young adult, I hope he can heal from Blair herself.
Oh my god, he’s only 23? My son is 22, I can’t imagine how he would face what Oz is. I know Oz’s family are supportive of him and worried. I can empathize with them because we wouldn’t have that kind of money available to help my son if he was in the same situation, and that must feel horrendous for them. This fact makes Blair’s behaviour worse. She’s absolutely predatory and abusive. I’m not here to age shame, but I do raise my eyebrows at a financially well-off woman in her mid 30’s moving in with her 20 year old partner at his house. I’m just referring to Blair here, as something about her doing that doesn’t sit right with me.

I grew wary of her when the uploads started happening constantly, something didn't seem right and all of a sudden there was a lot more conjecture and "I am right because ick" takes in her videos that made me think "ok she isn't saying anything new and I still hate these things she makes videos on I'm just gonna bail" and then a few months later all this started happening and I was just like "If only I could see the writing on the wall when meeting women in real life as I do when I consider whose content to watch..." Having been homeless myself, one of the things in the stream Oz ended up saying "I'll actually be able to sleep tonight." hit me like a ton of bricks. When you're in that kind of position, you're so stressed, so exhausted, but there's no way you can sleep. It may seem like such a little thing, but that's such an amount of relief.

if it's any consolation, those supporters are a VERY small number of people. the vast majority of her fans instantly turned against her, myself included, in response to her OWN "apology" video, before any of the other stuff even came to light. she made the mistake of primarily curating an audience invested in the wellbeing of innocent parties who also approach things with a critical eye and seek to know all of the facts. that's why we were willing to go watch other videos ripping into her, instead of ignoring those videos and writing them off as "haters". we wanted to know. unfortunately for her, the evidence screams loudly for itself, and the vast majority of people who were on the fence at the start have jumped to the other side in recognition of her abhorrent behavior and attitude. so, while it is sad that there does exist a group of people who are willing to pretend none of the facts are real, take heart in the fact that they are way, way outnumbered by people who will not let her live this down and go without consequences, they will not allow her to destroy the people speaking up against her abuse. there will always be a fractional group of people who stand by people like Blair, but we shouldn't even give them any thought. they don't deserve it and they won't ultimately get anything out of their "loyalty" to her. we should celebrate the beautiful community moments we're seeing right now, like Oz's successful stream, and the way multiple youtubers have come together in support of the men she's abused. it's a beautiful thing to watch, and a rare one at that.

I've witnessed financial abuse first hand and been a victim of it myself. I was lucky enough to get out of it but the other person wasn't so fortunate. The thing is with FA it doesn't happen in a vacuum, it often occurs alongside other forms of abuse. In my case it was emotional and mental. You honestly feel trapped and even if you get out you're often left in debt, broke or both. I lost my life savings in the course of a year or so from funding my ex's drug habit. So I feel for Oz so much, I hope he can get out from under Blair's boot for good and never has to deal with that p.o.s again.
As someone that's been fighting foreclosure for the past 5 years, I feel for him. It's awful and so stressful. I'm so glad he was able to get the money he needed to stop it. No one deserves to have their house pulled out from under them during the holidays, but especially only because you pissed off someone you once dated that is horribly manipulative and vengeful.

I am so glad that Oz was able raise this money so he can save his house and have a little bit of financial stability during this time. I am disgusted by this blatant financial abuse from Blair and I hope that everything does quickly and smoothly from a legal standpoint so that Oz can finally achieve justice for her horrific actions.
Despite how cruel some of the internet can be, it is things like this that remind me good people are watching and this ability to support eachother at any distance is truly valuable. I'm so happy for Oz and I hope he can soon put this all aside and begin to heal.

Watching Oz's reaction to reaching his goal on the first livestream within like 30 minutes was so heartwarming. It's a nice reminder that, while there are a lot of toxic people on this platform, there are also a lot of good people who do good things -- like save an abuse victim's home from foreclosure initiated by a nasty person who happens to be his ex. That's a big reason why I stay on this platform, for the good people like those who helped Oz, this community, and Markie himself. Really awesome.
It should be noted thanks to a leek of her private discord the reason Blair isn't too worried about her public image anymore is she is fully planning to start a new channel under a new name and build everything from there, just moving all her brain dead supporters over there and starting fresh. It's sickening that there are so many fan boys who will just agree and follow along with what someone does like a puppy regardless of some of the evil thing's they have done. So keep an eye out for any new channel popping up with a similar theme.

Dude I think I might’ve come across it in my recommended. It was a channel about like, true crime stuff if I remember correctly but the voice was too similar to ignore and the videos were made the same as her MLM stuff (narration+reading stuff on screen cut with stock photos or public domain images of the situation she’s talking abt). That was before I looked into her whole insane deal so I didn’t make note, i just thought maybe it was her and if so she was tryina do smth new. I think the pivot is more to capture a whole new audience anonymously that may not know who she is, or who she won’t let know who she is. I doubt any new channel is gonna be just her migrating her already tarnished image and dwindling supporters yk. She’s the kind of crazy to learn the absolute wrong lesson from her bad actions having consequences- the kind to use it to screw people over better and get away with it next time.

Hbomebrguy's video on plagiarism spells out more of why her asinine feud with legal eagle is even more hilarious than we originally thought (beyond the fact that it was the unforced error on her end that caused all the skeletons to burst out of her closet)! It may be small potatoes compared to all of the stuff she's done to the milkmen, but it turns out that plagiarism on her end has been on ongoing thing for a very long while. Expect a ton of commentary videos on that too!

I've watched MANY videos on this situation but IDK if I'm dumb or what but I can't understand how SHE had bad credit so he took on debt and then it turned into him owing her SO MUCH money. That still confuses me. But I'm super happy for EVERY person's victory over Blair but especially for this. I hope things fall in line for him and everyone else still struggling in the aftermath.
From what I understand Oz had no money to pay back those first loans so he had to ask Blair for money for basic things.
It is the second debt that Blair used to force Oz into that contract
Basically, by then Oz was in an abusive relationship, with the abusive partner financially coercing him. When you're in that sort of relationship, the gaslighting, emotional manipulation and controlling behaviour stops you thinking straight. It's no coincidence that Blair preyed on kindly, naïve young men.
Blair had bad credit, so she either asked Oz to take out loans for her/them or co-sign (presumably with his income and age, he would've had essentially fresh credit for her). I'm assuming that either most of these loans were done jointly with Blair and her income as the collateral or somehow they split the payment/they both benefited initially, but any way you slice it up, it seems like Blair had him living beyond his means or tried to make it some sort of 50/50 split she had to know he realistically couldn't afford, especially since she had him neglecting his own work to work for her. So Oz ends up having to "borrow" money from Blair to pay for his end of these loans because they're all under his name. And Blair, because she's a psychopath, keeps a running tally of all of them, then makes him sign formal loan agreements with her and her company. That's also assuming favorable loan conditions; given Blair's bad credit and their creator jobs + Oz's age, I would be surprised if they weren't already considered high-risk, so they might not have even had good terms on the initial loans. Based on what Oz has said, it seems like Blair also probably did this for tax evasion purposes and might've used it as a way of laundering or embezzling money. Aside from the shitty financial abuse of it all, like it honestly sounds like an elaborate scam way of trying to own someone.
The issue is that her name was never on the original debt, so when he needed her support to repay she legally created a secondary debt to herself. So legally, he is on the hook regardless of whether it was all ethical or not. The banks don't care about feelings.

She lived in His house rent free and when he asked her for support paying bills and stuff she added any any amount she helped with to a ledger of debt! WTF?!!! That is where a lot of the debt he “owes” her comes from. 99% of people would not expect that back when you are dating them and living in their house!! In fact most people would be like “let me contribute my fair share!”
What's worse is, as this recent development showed us, he chose to treat the debt foisted onto him as though it were legitimate instead of fighting it in court.
Not that that'll make the debt go away, because Blair can just keep issuing surprise charges anyways.

A lot of people who work Around that industry seem appalled at her video calling it bias and misleading. It’s great. She seems to have disabled comments roughly 13 days ago. If you go to two weeks ago there are still comments on video.
I was there for the stream. It was amazing. I remember they were like 3 hours into the stream and it was reading doations from about 20 mins into the stream because he had so many people donate. I've been watching Oz since sad milk started (because I used to watch iilluminaughtii back in her reddit days and loved the chaos that was sad milk) and I'm so happy that Oz pulled through. Blaire is the worst.
I could totally tell from how she talked about the click. Even Jamie Dodger said he's actually quite wholesome and not a total cursed person like Blaire made him out to be. For a moment I was thinking this couldn't be right. He couldn't have done the things she accused him to do. Expecially after he censored certain slurs on video. I didn't think he was stupid enough to censor the R slur but use it with other people off screen. Maybe it's because I'm autistic myself and I expect people act the same in real life as they do on camera. I guess I was right on that one. Blair is the only CZcamsr I unfollowed on my own accord for how despicable and trashy she is. Luckily CZcams did not reccomend me her videos anymore. And I'm glad I found some other amazing creators in similar spaces like Hanna Alonzo when it comes to anti-mlm content. At least there's some good left in the world.

It turns out that many of her videos consist mostly of near-direct quotes from previously existing works while obscuring the fact that they're quotes, which is a form of plagiarism. HBomberguy's call-out tweet was just the tip of the iceberg, apparently. No wonder Blair went berserk at Madison/CWHM as well as LegalEagle's editor! No wonder that's such a sore spot for her! It became apparent to me over time while watching iilluminaughtii that Blair didn't write her scripts, but I assumed the inconsistent style/voice of the writing was because Blair had more than one writer, not because she was reading articles at me. I feel so tricked.
I was in his stream and it was an amazing thing to watch. I wanted to hug him when he cried. The poor man has been through so much.
It's in the court system so they are public filings. MadCatser did a video about it with the information redacted that Oz responded to.

There's a girl in my town that I grew up with. Always ran her mouth. Tried to ruin multiple people's lives etc. Tried to publicly shame someone for being a C.A. victim and shame them for having a mother with MH problems. Only knew the information because she had been their boss and when told she was being a P.O.S., crossed a store screaming "Hit me."
She got hit. The girl who hit her was a waitress by then having moved on, she got donations repeatedly, to go towards the fine with her tips. The joke became "If the whole town hates you, maybe you should move."
Can't help but think of that every time this situation comes up.

Its about to get even worse for her, Hbomberguy just released a 4 hour video about plagiarism on CZcams and has exposed her.
Blaire is going to be in for a reckoning. Especially considering her foolish mistake of putting one of the foreclosures in her name and the other in her companies name. If she lives in the US then this will definitely come down on her tax bracket and returns. She'll have to mark those down for her business but that in itself will be a hassle as she works for herself. Even if she doesn't face criminal charges, she's about to have a big reckoning and it'll be hard for her to wiggle her way out. Especially since undoubtedly Oz might just be able to inform and tell them "Hey, I paid such and such towards Blaire as a person and towards her company. both of which made about upwards of 15k from this. I don't know if you've been made aware of that significant amount of additional income."

I saw a recap of the stream it was so heart warming! I’m so happy that Ozmedia was able to get the support he needs during this time. It’s just mind boggling that anyone can be so evil! She does expose vids on MLM and how bad they are and she turns around and makes herself into a loan shark and manages to basically turn her former partner into her own indentured servant. Like WTF?
The fact she tried to make him homeless just days before Christmas really proves how wicked and cruel she is. This woman is straight up evil.

I was there from the first 20 to 30 minutes of his stream! He was so shocked how many people gave him money because he didn't expect much. But his community showed how much we care about him.

I didn’t find out about the stream until the next day, but I watched it and I was very nearly sobbing. It was one of the most wholesome and heartwarming things I’ve ever seen.
Hbomberguy just nuked the crater of illuminautii’s career as he included her plagiarism that he discovered back when the legal eagle stuff happened AND MORE.
This situation should be a reminder that, no matter how much any of us likes someone's content-- I really, really loved Blair's MLM videos-- we shouldn't shrug off when they do or say horrible things.
And for partners not to be so quick to sign their financial rights away. Especially to one prepared to use coercive control. Financial abuse is just another form of partner abuse. Judging by what a previous partner went through and hearing recordings of how she spoke to him said so much. It seems really important to her to use her healthier financial position to mentally put them down and raise herself up as being somehow better than them due to it. I've never understood that behaviour. But I think it's disgusting.

I cried watching the livestream as it was happening. My heart hurt for him that he felt the need to NOT clean unless it was cleaning out everything, feeling like it wasn't his home anymore, feeling like there was no point, etc. It hurt that he was excited to be able to go get cleaning supplies and clean HIS home again but also made me so happy to see his genuine smile. You could feel EVERY ounce of emotion that came from Oz that night. The stress, the fear, the shame (that he honestly didn't need to feel but it's understandable) into the pure happiness, relief, joy that he felt after the first 20 minutes where the goal was reached and it was so good to see 3x+ the amount that he set for to help cover hopefully enough to end all of this for him. Oz's calls to his mom and dad on stream, the fun he had in Lethal Company with Wonder, OT and Damien Lee, everything just made me cry. The "I can actually sleep and sleep good tonight" comment he made. Oz is good people, the people that helped are good people, Blair, I wish karma gets her. I was so glad to see people letting Oz know that he is NOT fighting alone, and that he deserves to have a happy ending to all of this and close the chapter of his life to start a new one.

My favourite superchat was the person who said “dog pilling with everyone to make Oz cry by giving them money”.
That was the most beautiful part of the whole stream- Oz’s reaction to the overwhelming support and encouragement was really pure and authentic. You could tell they are honestly grateful for the love and help. Oz’s mum was on the phone at one point and she was crying as well and said she was amazed by how many good people there are in the world. Then she did a mum act and said goodbye to everyone and told Oz how wonderful she thinks everyone is. If you need to watch something to restore your faith in humanity and pick you up in a dark time, watch the first hour and 20 minutes of that stream.
I almost forgot- the other amazing superchat was someone who said “when we told Blair to take accountability, she obviously messed up and thought that was the name of your house”, and Oz nearly lost it right in the middle of them crying and trying to breathe.
I'm very glad this worked out for him. I feel sick thinking about how long I enjoyed her content before learning what a through and through evil person she really is. I hope Oz, Wonder and the others band together and take legal action against her for the years of abuse and exploitation. She needs to be put back in her place.
I had started to get the ick from Blair and couldn't put my finger on why. I quit watching her videos because they rubbed me wrong but hadn't unsubscribed. Then everything started to come out and it started to make sense that something seemed OFF.
Exactly my experience. There were a number of small things that made me go "hmm" over the couple of years that I watched her content, but nothing condemnable enough for me to hit the "unsubscribe" button. It was enough to make me lose most of my interest in her videos, though, because by the time she tweeted at Legal Eagle, I wasn't really a regular viewer of hers anymore. Those ridiculous claims on Twitter made me realize, "You know what, I had a bad feeling about her."
