    Now THAT'S what I call a beaver dam removal!
    No half-assed attempt that leaves a big hole in the middle of it, or one side still basically intact. You removed the whole damn thing! By hand!!! 💪💪 You did a better job of removing that dam than I've even seen cleared with an excavator.

    You don't play when you remove a dam you remove the whole dam not half of it like others on CZcams you put in major work really like your videos you complete every dam you remove keep the videos coming

      The reason that the other two sometimes keeps more branches on the sides, was explained. The beavers would rather build a new dam, then build up half. How they know that, ?

    Take note friends... That is how you remove a Beaver dam ! Non of this cutting a foot wide channel through the middle and calling it done. Bravo Sir that was truly a lesson in Beaver dam removal!

    No Monday Morning Quaterback here. Just a thought, work the edge's first while you have so much water pressure and power to help. Once the edges are gone the center WANTS to collapse. Water is a powerful tool in what you are doing. Good job to the 2 of you.

    At the beginning of the video, is the water coming out of a beaver den in the bank? That's the first time I have seen that.

      A local resident mentioned that many years ago there was a wooden watermill there, so it is possible there was a system of some water canals. But honestly, I can't tell where the water was coming from.

    WOW!!! That was awesome. I didn't think that went back that far in the creek!!! Just found your channel and I love it. Keep up the good work. Beaver are protected here in the US too and we even had some Nutria that have moved into our neighborhood and they are very distructive.

    this was very well done taking down the level of the dam the said part was what without looking back same time you were built your own dam not making sure what you were throwing behind you was actually flowing away, and it didn't it just built up a layer behind you

    Not discounting the work you do, but you do a good job letting the water do much of the work.
    I spend a lot of time at work waiting for the phone to ring. Your videos fill the dead air quite well.

    Great job taking down the beaver dam, but what is the reason for the man-made dam in the front? Was there something here before that needed water power?

      Hi. A local resident told us that several decades ago there was a watermill there. But there is only as much of it as you can see in the recording, so it must have been a long time ago.

    the biggest one I've seen was 10 ft high. I could stand in front of it and there was a wall of mud, stones and branches. Amazing job.
