Yes, though by what you said, if only four are needed for complete acquittal, that would only be for one charge. This is the first time I heard the 444 as George has stated in this video Even though the judge has separated the jury into fours, George is saying that, STILL, if even one person in one group of four for that charge says not guilty, THEN all charges are hung, if they can’t all come to agreement.
I understood (a little murky) before this video, that each charges separate, and the judge will convict Based on each group of fours’ conviction. If only one group is hung., then it is only for that charge. The remaining two groups were unanimous in saying guilty, then those charge(s) will be guilty.
I haven’t listened to the legal channels as I haven’t had time. What occurs to me, is that even Trump is convicted by a group of four, Or each group of four, that this may be grounds for expedient and urgent appeal, because there was no jury of 12! That’s my hunch.
I think George may be correct in that, if one person of one of the groups only says not guilty, that THIS will hang the whole jury, even if none of the others budge from their guilty verdicts. WHY? Because, there were never 12 two agree one means hung, period. This is my speculation. George didn’t say it, but maybe this was his rationale the judge may be bluffing he does not have the right to divide a jury into three groups of four That is manipulation and illegal!
Fuck The judge may be counting on (and the people that control America with the crooked judge snake of the snakes nest) that dividing into three groups of four limits disagreements. They also may have appoint person in each group charged with forcing everybody into a guilty verdict.
Maybe, this 444. Is their last ditch effort to get a guilty verdict on Trump Maybe, they know - the judge and his clan, That is one person refuses To give a guilty verdict in only one group, that it will, in fact hang all charges in all three of the groups. Why? Because it’s a jury of 12, .period.
Supposedly, they chose the jury of 12., legally - by law (they didn’t, completely legality from the conjuring up Of this coup legal warfare). So that jury of 12., partially defining it as such from the beginning, can’t be changed to three groups of 444 at the end. Three groups of four. Can’t ever be legal.! These guys need to be arrested fast! This is a takeover folks!

Trump is strong, amazingly poised, focused and resilient. However., he is human. Of course., it is taking its toll on him. Please stop it. The judges instruction guarantees a conviction. He totally went 180 from Due Process with a fair trial. If it’s a hung jury I will come back and apologize but it’s not going to be. It was all planned this way.

The FEC even said there was no crime committed, and even if there was, Bragg doesn't even have the authority to bring this crime forward. Trump was running on a federal election, running a campaign for a federal position. Bragg is a petty district attorney. He had no authority whatsoever to ever dip his hands in a jurisdiction way out of his field.
It looks to me that Merchan was told to throw Trump in jail in any way at all. Even if Merchan decides to declare himself the entire jury and proclaim guilt, he will do it and will get away with it. Obama has told him what to do.

An observer in the courtroom reported that it appeared that because Bragg's closing argument was excessively long and convoluted that he lost about 7 of the jurors. They checked out and one even held his head in his hands. Also there are two lawyers on the jury who must understand there's a lack of any crime, but on the other hand they have to practice in NY in the future, so there is that too🤷🏻♂️
Not all lawyers practice in a courtroom but all lawyers would know this entire fiasco is a sham...especially the jury instructions.
These lawyers are knowledgeable to know that there will be legal repercussions for the snake nest that orchestrated this political prosecution. They know this case is illegal., yes. This is way beyond it being in New York, and them doing with the unspoken ‘rules’ are. they’re smart enough to know that if they, attorneys, work within their group to show the non-guilty verdict, they will come out as heroes and get A LOT of clients!
They know that they are better off being responsible to the law and their oath. They would never live it down otherwise, that they allowed a guilty verdict on their pathetic team of four! I'm a military veteran and twice had jury duty , both criminal cases and I've never heard of a judge doing what this one does .
I had a copy of judge's instructions on day one both times . He's more fit as a gameshow host , IMO . On appeal he should be disbarred .

When I did jury duty, we asked for a recording of an interview of the defendant because most of us believed she was guilty but couldn't confirm it 'without a doubt'. We ended up finding her not guilty of attempted murder. Years later she went to prison for holding up mini marts
This judge is giving instructions to absolutely get Trump convicted. The jury doesn't even have to be unanimous. That goes against every single established precedent. Jurys have basically always been unanimous in their verdicts.
Justice will find a way to prevail even when "reasonable doubt" is self evident. Down deep is my faith for a final outcome at this level or upon appeal that favors DJT.

Trump’s team is right, having been a jurist on a very difficult case myself. We asked lots of questions of the judge because of how difficult it was to get everyone to agree.
They have 6 Alternate jurors and the judge can bounce the hold outs and replace them with a democrat friendly alternate

Those who know the constitution and basic rights are aware of the egregious. All 12 have to agree. Dividing them into groups has to be against fair legal practices.

I am 99.999999999% sure that the judge CANNOT DENY the jury a copy of the jury instructions when they request it. and that it should have been provided to them as a matter of procedure. I.e. the judge did something that was not only unethical IN his instructions, but did something illegal by denying the jury a copy of the instructions. Also, he cannot divide a jury into groups', they are one jury for the whole trial, and dividing the jury is unethical and also not legal, a direct violation of trial law.

The judge set the parameters…. It only takes 4 ppl to vote guilty in any one of the charges! Meaning if 4 vote guilty on one charge and a different 4 on another charge-etc. He goes to jail!!!
