some of those judge's in Nevada Arnt fair my friend is in jail there right now for 180 days he was recording a traffic stop cop was in his car so my friend ask the lady what she was pulled over for as he was like 10 15 feet away the cop got out of his car and sed dont talk to the driver he sed okay then the cop sed can you step back he did with out telling him how far to step back then the cop told the driver she could just go with out a no insurance and expired plate then the cop grabbed my friend and arrested think he paid 20 thousand for the 2nd attorney and the lady judge went off of feelings and not law when all the video evidence was there and my friend did everything the cop told him to do and he got 180 days the video evidence even proved in court that the cop lied on the stand but also i think the judge is married to a cop but dosent give a judge the right to look b people with out no victim no crime and go off of feelings

I'm confused about some points you make. If you left your city, wherever it is and came to Virginia and committed a crime, why would Virginia want to extradite you back to your city? It doesn't work that way. I'm in Virginia and if you come from anywhere else and commit a crime here, you'll be jailed here, tried here, and if convicted, go to prison here. You'll only go back to your state once you complete your sentence in Virginia! Additionally, if you commit a crime and are arrested under another jurisdiction, it's not up to the Sheriffs to "talk to each other" to decide whether or not you'll be extradited, that's a function of the court. I believe what you say could be interpreted as a violation of someone's civil rights! Sheriff's and Cops don't make laws, they just enforce them. Judicial decisions are left up to the court. What you suggest might be seen as a nod to a national police force, which I strongly oppose. I think we have enough cops in this country as it is... and some of them don't give a damn about your civil rights!
