NICE love this channel
Omg hiii
Sisu Nasu! Love that vehicle. I drove Nasu for 6 months 24/7 day/night in Finnish Defence Forces. It's just extremely capable machine to transport crew and heavy equipment through snow, swamps, lakes, rivers, to top of mountains - you name it. With those 4 pulling tracks and light weight there's nothing that can beat it's traction and light pressure per square foot. Great to see that thing in action!
Bro I need one of them tool kits .!? Hopefully everything goes through can’t wait.
Me too!
I want one!
I wanna know pricing but yeah the tools are sweet
It seems like there is alot of free space in those drawers I wonder if they could tighten that up and make it smaller or add more stuff 🤔
Tool Raptor's is CRAZY expensive but good quality. I wouldn't spend that much on a kit (no clue what the price will be but their prices on their site are asinine.
That Sisu NaSu is amazing vehicle, still used actively in Finnish Army and also devoloped here! Very nice to see and hear that you have the NaSu in the America and you use it! Greetings from Finland
I feel like a SHERP needs to be added to his fleet , just loving those Heavy Equip and Trucks. Keep up the good Work Guys!
The sheep isn’t as good for pulling and the like.
love the sherp
The SHERPA would be perfect for a support vehicle
A decent tool kit needs a whole drawer of 10mm sockets
8mm too
👍 I'd be happy with half 8's and half 10's.
Why do we loose so many of them🤣🤣🤣
I work in an industrial laundry that does uniforms for heavy industrial sites, the amount of 10 mm sockets that hit our conveyors out of uniform pockets is amazing I have a 2 gallon bucket half full of them
I will buy all the snap on, and matco ones you have
This is what you should do when you're having big money.
Help people out!
You guys are raised well 🙏💖
Keep up the good work
"No damage to the boat",........ he might need a new trailer though lol.

I became aware of your channel because of Ghost town living. I love what you did for him and I’m loving all your videos since then.
Haha. I discovered Brent through Heavy D’Souza videos
Me too✌️
Once again you guys rock merry Christmas to all of you
Watching heavy D and the gang recovering things like this boat with the proper tools makes it all possible.
Diesel Dave had me LMAO with his Steve Irwin bit. Almost had coffee all over the place. I needed a good laugh this morning. Another great video helping those in need guys!! Keep up the good work.
I can’t stop laughing hahahaha

Is it just me or does he sound slightly more like Ozzy Osborne than Steve Irwin???
I thought he was doing Woody Harrelson from the movie 2012?
Steve Irwin? I thought it was Sir David Attenborough.
It’s always a good day seeing heavy D uploading🔥
How are you verified?

It’s nice to see that Heavy D puts the giveaway trucks to work! That way we know that they are capable of actual work trucks
“Giveaway” trucks
Awesome to see that old Finnish Defence Forces Sisu Nasu put to good use after its service life! :D Really cool to see you guys have kept the original stickers on the interior as well!
It looks pretty much identical to what I know as a hagglund. Are these 2 separate things or just different names for the same thing.
@@benmac940 They are two different vehicles. The Sisu Nasu are made by the Finnish company named Sisu.
@@vesa7069 ok thanks for the info, very similar vehicles though I assume?
@@benmac940Yes, they are very similar. Sisu Nasu is manufactured in Finland and it has GM V8 gasoline engine. And the Hagglunds Bandvagn 206 is manufactured in Sweden and is using Ford V6 engine.
Nasu-Sisu has orginally Range-Rover V8, later also GM 6,2liter diesel…
Dave: "Damn DNR blocking all our trails with rocks" DNR guy: "Inadequate effort"
loved it
Anyone know what DNR stands for if you spell it out?
@@martialme84 It's an abbreviation for the Utah Department of Natural Resources.

@@aoibhinnomahony7712 Nice.
Love to see the Finnish track-truck. I’ve spent numerous hours in such when doing my military. Awesome machine!
it aint finnish? it is literally a Bv206 converted
@@elt39 developed by Sisu Auto for the Finnish Army. Theres more info in wikipedia if you wanna look it up.
It looks like those bigger Russian ones that swim up to (sometimes) over the windows.
The Bv 206 is referred to as a Small Unit Support Vehicle (SUSV) pronounced "susvee" in United States service. U.S. military variants include the standard model (M973), a tactical operations center variant (M1065), an ambulance variant (M1066) and a flat-bed cargo carrier (M1067). U.S. military models are fitted with a 6-cylinder Mercedes diesel engine. I drove one for awhile while in the 6thINF(LT) at Ft.Richardson, AK
Bandvagn Bv206 is the similar vehicle of Swedish origin, manufactured by Hägglunds. This Sisu NaSu is similar vehicle by appearance, indeed, but of neighbouring Finland origin made by Sisu Trucks. Commonalities are indisputable, though. Finnish army did aquire those original Swedish ones back in the days, and based on driver feedback told Sisu to develop an improved version.
You guys are freaking legends of recovery !!! Having the right tool always makes a huge difference , thanks for another great adventure
Heavy D, you and Dave are such a blast to watch, love your upbeat attitudes! Never owned a diesel but yall make me want to get one!!
I just love that you guys always go out of your way to do the right thing. I've been following you guys for years and yall really do inspire me. It's so cool getting an inside look on yalls lives. I hope yall keep the content coming. Yall will be at 10 million subs before ya know it.

Kudos to you HD for not being a sheeple and not getting inked up all over the place. I always thought i looked trashy.
Correction. I think IT looks trashy.
HeavyD is a great guy, I enjoy the parts where he gives that evil laugh and then proceeds going against good judgment and STILL SUCCEDS
Love the channel, way to help out and recover the boat for that family. That susv looks and rides way more comfortable then the ones we used and trained for snow emergency. Looks so great. Can't wait to see it when it is done. Color, winches as well as the seat is killer.
I like how we get to see something that isn't completed yet. We get to watch it get better and better
You guys are a hoot and no how to have fun and help people and the community at the same time! My kind of people!
I really enjoyed watching this. I know exactly what you mean about the satisfaction of helping someone. I am not on the scale as y'all but, I enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that I did a good deed! Keep it up & I'll keep watching.
By far the best and most refreshing content on CZcams! Me and my wife love what you and your crew does I struggle to provide for my kids, wife and I due to getting hurt recently at work (sub contractor) your videos definitely help with keeping my spirits up thank you guys!
Wow....
A whole comment section of spam and scam...
HeavyD and Diesel Dave are on my top 5 list!!! Greetings from the Netherlands, Europe
Just goes to show how a seemingly impossible thing can be made easy with the right equipment/tools. Nice job guys, love the videos and so pumped y’all are putting your daily or weekly lives on CZcams. 👍🏼👍🏼
Heavy D, funny story. Yesterday I got off the freeway and there was this HUGE widebody Raptor next to me. I was going to turn to my house but decided to wash my truck. After the wash, I was in traffic waiting to turn right by Nielsons frozen custard. I saw the Raptor again! I was like, "ah sweet, I gotta see what kind of guy can build a Raptor like that." It started backing up and I was like, awesome. Manly beard. Props. The driver turned their head to back out, and I was like HOLY CRAP ITS HEAVY D! 👍 👍 I wanted to say hi, but also didn't want to bug you too. My wife and I are big fans and love what you guys do! Most genuine CZcams channel I've ever watched. Thanks for what you do brother! 🤘
I could see Heavy and Diesel at a mud run in Alabama somewhere!! They'd never be the same!!
"Heavy D im stuck" pulls up with a 5 ton, seesu, 5 give away trucks, 2 semi with low boys, 75 helpers n $500 in snacks!! light work lol.. good job guys!!
You are amazing. I love watching your recoveries. And I love the fact that you care about the environment as well. Keep up the good work.

Loved, Loved, Loved this video!!! Can't wait to see you use this restored family Recovery Vehicle again. I really thought ya'll would make it out of there without a hitch this time, but hey, then it would just be boring! They call and Ya'll come to the Rescue!!!
Wow that's awesome, I've done car recovery in the Los Angeles area for a few years now ..... That had to be the best ever. Wow. The majority of the dips that I worked with would talk about recovery's like that. I'm glad to see someone who puts on the line, then pulls it off like nothing else. Keep it up
Amazing recovery like always! That machine is insane and I'm sure we will see more of it in the future!🔥🔥🔥👍👍❤

That happened to me too 😃
Being that I'm sure you guys changed so much about that Sisu, you could probably take the first part of the name out of it. So call it the "Diesel - Nasu" lol 😆

This was an awesome recovery. I love that machine, great content (as always)!
Love the videos very authentic and refreshing to see the right blend of reality and production. Looking forward to the next adventure or build guys.

Heavy D. Start collecting EPP sheets to glue up into long wedges that become floats you can use winches and straps to wedge under the sides of boats that have holes in the bottom to refloat and drag them out. Use PVC or abs pipe at angles thru the flat back to the wedge for the loops of the straps to go thru to connect to the other wedge.
Holy macro that was probably the easiest recovery you guys have done, great job, it was easy because you guys have the right equipment. I’m sure that guy was thankful you were there.
Heavy d comment on yours is scam not heavy d 👍
That Sisu nasu vehicle is totally and incredibly amazing, the owner of the boat was very lucky that you guys were around and that you had such an incredible machine that easily got his boat out, without causing any damage on it, brilliant!!
I am impressed! A plan that was well executed and the Steve Irwin bit was hilarious!
Best notification ever! Was not expecting a video today!!!

17:22 NEVER start a boat out of water. Especially one that was stuck in sand unless your goal is to destroy the motor with all the sand and dirt it sucked up.
water is only used to cool the motor doesnt really matter
@@salut438 - You’ve obviously never owned a boat. The water is extremely important. Starting a boat out of the water even for a second will cause damage to the impeller.
Starting one that’s sucked up muddy, sandy water is going to cause even more damage.
That’s like saying auto coolant is only used to cool the engine so it doesn’t really matter. 🙄
I was a passenger in one of these things in northern Alberta through melting permafrost when i had a job treeplanting up there. It was an amazing machine, we would hotbox the rear on the way back home from working 😂
We always called the machine a haaglund or something similar?
@@maniacstreet The Hägglunds Bv 206 is a Swedish vehicle, on which the design of the Finnish Sisu Nasu is based on. They're very similar.
I'll take two of those tool boxes when they are available, regardless of cost. So awesome!!

@@devinb5937 good tools are expensive, period.

@@supersonoma9871 yeah they are especially when bright guys like you say charge me more
@@devinb5937 I never said “ charge more “. I said I would buy them regardless of price. If it costs 500$, I would buy them. If it cost 1500$, I would still buy them. That’s pennies for some of us.

Cool video. I'm a truck driver here in Louisiana. Since Hurricane Ida, we have had a ton of trucks coming here to clean up debris. I'm interested to see you guys at Sparks Motors build a debris truck and trailer combo to clean up hurricane debris. Look up pictures of what they look like from pics taken around Louisiana this year and last year during Hurricane Laura. I think you guys not only can do it, but do it in a cool way that would be a great video, then drive it to Louisiana and help clean up down here.
so this is why Cerro Gordo got a new 5 Ton.....

Used one of these double tracked vehicles in Alaska ( sus-vee) for the army in 1987. Amazing vehicle, can climb, swim and traverse snow like it nothing. Just had to remember it had less lbs per sq inch than we do, so jumping out the door in snow would bury you to you waist while the vehicle was just sitting on top of the snow. Great video and great adventures.
