Having watched this again, I had forgotten that Bama outscored GA 21-0 in the final 18 minutes to win. Jalen Hurts converted a 3rd and 12 and a 3rd and 7 on two TD drives. One of Bama's greatest comeback wins. Too bad they couldn't win against Clemson.

As a Georgia fan it's been several years since this game.... The is the 1st big ga game I refused to watch, I new what was In store a heartbreaking comeback by bama and I was right... It's the 1st time I have even seen the highlights for this game today... I didn't watch it because I was still pissed off about the 2018 national championship where Georgia threw the game away... Currently in 2021 the dawgs look elite again but I'm still not sure I can handle watching another bama game..

Wow... Georgia’s backfield was LOADED! (DeAndre Swift & Elijah Holyfield) in the same backfield. No one can tell me that this year’s Georgia backfield is better. Overall offensively Georgia was head and shoulders better at every skill position than they are this year. You will not change my mind. Fromm is a way better quarterback than both (Bennett & Daniels) hands down.

I don’t understand how Georgia can dominate Alabama for so long but then when it comes to crunch time Kirby Smart can’t seem to make the right calls and they lose it. Must be rough being a Georgia fan sometimes. All he had to do was punt and trust his defense to make a stop. Instead he tries a fake punt with Alabama 100% ready for it. He’s a great coach. And maybe he’ll get over that hump soon.
I agree. For some reason when Georgia gets up big, they go soft in the second half and we don't know why. The fake punt would've been genius if it worked but it didn't. Its like I've said before, sometimes it takes multiple tries to be successful. Georgia will when a championship soon

Georgia put their whole season on this game. Alabama was hit in the mouth. They left 2-3 scores by making forced throws. No way next season will Tua make these same mistakes. This was a bloodbath of a game. Georgia and Ohio State are the only 2 teams with talent to compete with Alabama or Clemson. However if the Tide and Tigers bring their A game this season they will beat everyone by 2 scores. Georgia losing Holloman is huge. Any other year I would pick Georgia but Alabama and Clemson are so loaded. They have the best 2 QB's. Fromm is like an Andrew Luck in college. Remember Tua played only 1 meaningful half as a freshman and won a title. To say that he can't deliver is crazy. He made Alabama look insane last year. Fromm has had a whole season as a freshman compared to Tua. I believe Texas showed a weakness in Fromm. Georgia looked bad on offense and after the missed fg(best kicker) they couldn't exploit a young secondary. Blitz Fromm and make him use his feet. That is what separates a good qb to a great one.
I believe Tua will prove to be the best QB of a decade this year. What's even more crazy is Trevor at Clemson has the talent to be the best QB ever in college. Both Alabama and Clemson have the best WR cores by far this season. This season coming up is like 2016. You know Alabama and Clemson are on another level. We could witness the greatest 2 offenses in college history this year at the same time. We know for a fact that Saban and Venerables will give 2 top ten Defenses. I think Alabama vs Clemson 5 will go down as the biggest collision course in history. The last 4 years of 55-4 and 2 title each and the debate for the number 1 ranking in the AP to start the season is interesting.
I have nothing against college football teams. OSU has Fields who couldn't beat Fromm for a reason. The gap between Fromm and Tua and Trevor is huge. The WR cores is huge. Georgia will have the best O line but Alabama and Clemson are top 5. Now Saban has an experienced coaching staff. Dabo(best WR coach ever) has the best staff. 2 ideologies of how to build a dynasty. We have 2 at the same time. Don't be upset that Alabama vs Clemson 5 will happen. QB's alone can get you to the playoffs. Then after this season Alabama and Clemson are bringing in the best recruiting classes ever. Developing and coaching separates the 2 schools from the rest.
Let Ohio State in the playoffs instead of Oklahoma. Go Buckeyes🔥🔥

The reason tua got hurt is because it was the first time he had real competition. He wasnt just sitting back in a lay z boy chair waiting for his #1 receivers to get open. He isn't good under pressure. Every game he has played with pressure at all he struggles. He so overrated!!!!!!!!! He played small ass schools all year with players that wouldn't be a 3rd string at Tennessee. Yet alone Goeriga or Alabama. Any QB with a team like that helping him relax and have all day in the pocket going against basically really good high school teams would do as good as him. He does have a arm.
