Steamed Eggs with Shrimp is so easy to make if you follow my instruction. You may eat by itself for breakfast or lunch, or serve over rice. It reminds me of my childhood. I'm sure kids will love it too. Enjoy!

Steamed eggs are a favorite in our house ~ comfort food! We steam it using 3 eggs and 1 cup chicken stock in a clay pot, and put sesame oil on top rather than soy sauce. Sometimes we add tiny dried baby shrimp, but mostly we just focus on the wonderful, delicate, creamy eggs. I haven’t tried it with white pepper, but will do so next time - thanks!
