Where in the world can you play in the snow in the morning and go kayak fishing in the afternoon?

- We visited Mt. San Jacinto and the kids saw snow for the first time in their life. Then I went kayak fishing in Dana Point. It was on this day that I devirginized my Shimano Tranx 301.

Queenfish at the end I think! Pretty common as the water warms up and they'll go after artificial stuff as well.
Trey! Welcome and thanks for watching, commenting. Never caught or seen a Queenfish before so thanks for letting me know.
Man, you've got a nice bowl of ceviche in that cooler. Those fish are tasty.
My kid likes to eat sculpins. My wife protests against me going out there killing fish so she does not clean or cook it. Thanks for watching bro.
It's fun to fish till it comes to cleaning but eating is another story😋🤣
Is your kayak register to use a trolling motor?
@@victoraguilar4607 Yes it is bro. The registration is in my pouch around my neck. The sticker is on the side. Only thing I am missing is the CF sticker number.
@playdirty714 Got it. The CF stickers just dont look right on a kayak. I will do the same and see how long before the tyrants start to mess with me. Cool content.
In case you didn't know, cabazon's have to be 15 inches to be legal.
Thanks bro. I wasn't even sure if they were Cabezons to begin with. I will mention the size limit and how many we can keep next time I'm out there targeting them so others can be informed. Again, I didn't know Dana Point had Cabezons.
Answer... New Zealand.
Yes that's one of them.
I notice at the 14 minute mark some boater came right up and fished on top of you, is that what happened ?
Boater was really friendly. Was a man and his wife. Somehow, we drifted near each other. I wasn't trying to invade and neither was he.
