Learn how to make homemade butter just like the pioneers made it without electricity. This butter uses cultured cream and is made in an antique glass butter churn. We demonstrate each step of the butter making process from milking the cow to the finished product.
To culture cream we clabbered the raw milk right after hand milking the cow so the cream was never refrigerated at any point during the butter making process.
