Scouting Buck Bedding in Big Woods Clear Cuts with Steve Sherk!

In this video Chad is following along with, Pennsylvania Native, Steve Sherk to learn how he scouts, runs cameras, and hunts big woods buck bedding areas.
Steve is an expert in big woods areas, and spends most of his time scouting areas around TSI work and clear cuts.
The challenge of finding buck beds in big woods areas is something hunters struggle with a lot. A lot of times there is little to no structure to focus on, and bucks bed where they please.
When clear cuts are present, they can be a great place to find buck bedding! They provide great security cover, and food for daytime feeding.
Trail cameras can help you really dial in on a buck in clear cuts by clustering cameras around his access and exit routes. The daylight intel will give you the information you need to setup and hunt him when season rolls around!
