Here's the link to buy these Airpods Pro Foam Ear Tips with 3D Printed Stems: ebay.us/s4CrKh
(It's an eBay affiliate link)
These are by far the cheapest and super high quality foam tips made for the Apple Airpods Pro. I'd highly recommend trying these out before buying the Comply foam tips, because Comply is a brand name and will cost a bit more.

Anyone else wearing normal AirPods/earbuds cus the pros made ur ears hurt really bad?
You have no idea how badly I want original AirPod designs with noise cancellation! But with iOS 14 coming out and all new features coming to the Pros, I think I’m gonna stick with the Comply foam tips on my AirPods Pro
My ears are hurting.
Only two months since purchase.
I admit heavy use.
Have static in ear too seemingly.
I literally bought a pair of airpods pro a week back..but my ear ache so bad...still using the normal airpods 😟
Mohamed Mohammed bought them and they hurt sense first day of use, they fall out easy and I’ve notice earwax build up and uncomfortable feeling with out them
@Mohamed Sorry I missed your comment! Are you feeling any better now? Bro, as much as I love Apple products, they’re not worth the ear aches! I get by with the Comply foam tips but even those aren’t meant for everyone.
Your demeanor is so endearing and refreshing to watch. Thank you for the video! Just got my AirPod pros and immediately thought the same thing about the tips. Thank you for sharing!
Stay safe and healthy.
Thank you so much for your comment! If you decide to get foam tips, I think this seller is up to version 2.0 and working on an even better version. I've been using memory foam tips instead of the Comply tips and they're 90% the same. That extra 10% really is for super picky people. Memory foam tips are also way easier to install. I do have new updated videos coming, I'm just still fighting my ear infection and it hurts so much to put headphones in right now lol
I bought airpod pro yesterday. My right ear was so uncomfortable it hurts the ear after wearing it for a short time and that was the smallest size. Today I bought airpod 2 to replace it. The neck part that attach to the plastic is the one that make the airpod pro feel uncomfortable. Too thick and hard for the earhole.
I LOVED my original AirPods! What sold me on the pros were the noise cancellation. Definitely waiting to see if maybe Apple will come out with something that had the original design but with noise cancellation. I’d sell my left arm to buy it lol 😂
Think I may just have to try this. My ears hurt so bad and I just got these today. Thanks for posting this!
Thanks for watching my video! I’ll be uploading a different foam tips review this week and I’ll be doing a giveaway for them if you wanna try your luck!
Content Creators Experiment I look forward to that, thanks for actually replying. You definitely deserve a subscribe now!!
drake brandon Hahahahaha I appreciate every single view I get! My channel was made for creators so I’d definitely love having a new subscriber. However, please don’t feel obligated, since my channel won’t be mainly focused on Apple products. I really want to give back to the CZcams community and beginner creators as much as possible. Welcome to drop in to chat any time, even if it has nothing to do with my videos 🤣 I’ll be here
Lmao same
same dide
Hey! Thanks for posting this, it was super informative. I've been eyeing airpods as an upgrade from my current earbuds and this definitely fuels my desire some more.
Oops this is embarrassing, I commented from the wrong account 🤣🤣🤣 Either way, I am super thankful that you watched my video! And the giveaway is definitely still going on
@@CuriousDerek Thanms for the info. I signed up, fingers crossed!
super helpful post. I’ve been looking for a solution to the same problem, so I’ll give your solution a try. Also ordered Comply eartips, which don’t ship in late in January. Keep it coming. Real-life advice......
Thanks for watching my video! I wanna make sure you know, the seller on eBay has version 2.0 of these stems and updated foam tips. Maybe you won’t even need Comply tips! I will be making an updated video as soon as I test the new stems and foam tips. Stay tuned!
Till then, I have to warn you, just in case you subscribed, new videos that are going to be dropping are budget camera related. I think the new foam tips videos will probably be out by the end of the month or next month. Be sure to check back! Thank you again 🤗
Thank you! I would really like some AirPod Pros and may need to to this!
So sorry that I missed the notifications. This video is a little more than a year old and the giveaway is already over. But, thank you for watching my video! I’ll be making more videos soon (I’ve been really really sick and completely stopped uploading 😭) once I come back, I’ll be hosting more giveaways 🙏🏼
Thanks for the video. I just got my foam tips today and I have to say well worth it! Aloha from HONOLULU Hawaii.
Thanks for letting me know! Don't they just take Airpods Pro to the next level? I mean I thought I liked my Airpods but once I got the pros and put some foam tips on them, man oh man...can't go back. Won't go back. LOL
Love your demeanor! Also, the foam tips are amazing!
Thanks for watching my video! Your name is AMAZING 🤣 I don’t know if it’s Pumba from Lion King but oh man I am singing Hakuna Matata right now
Hi, can you please share link to your orange jacket in the video.. its awesome
They still hurt my ears really bad after I bought the foam pieces so it unfortunately made no difference for me. It’s shame they’re really expensive and uncomfortable.
Sorry that they didn't work out! I'm waiting to see what other magic Apple comes out next. I've heard about Airpods Pro 2 but I miss the design of the original Airpods so much!
I want to try this. I tried all of the tips and the small fit nicely but the plastic on the bulky ear bud on my right ear started hurting the cartilage of my ear. I have never had this issue with ugh ear buds before. Will this help? Is that the pain you were talking about?
Why would they make them come with silicone tips anyways? I have to keep readjusting them every so often and take them out every so often because they start hurting my ears, just ordered some foam tips though, so hopefully they help! 😅
I think it’s because silicone tips are pretty standard for earbuds? I have no idea why they made the changes they did. I really liked the AirPods design. But I guess they were paying attention to consumer feedback, can’t please everyone 🤷🏻♂️ Hope the tips work out for you and thanks for watching my video!
For the second comfy tips did you need the stems from the variety pack on eBay? I want to purchase these but I don’t know if I need to buy both links or just one
You do need the stems from the eBay seller, without those, you wouldn’t be able to add on foam tips. I will be uploading another video reviewing memory foam tips and there will be a giveaway if you can wait a little bit! I think I should be able to have that video up this weekend. Thanks for watching my video!
Hi! How did you get the comply tips to work? I guess what I mean is, did you put the tips on top of the 3D printed adapters? Is that what you meant by they fit? Because the jaybirds have different adapters, right?
For the Airpods Pro, I put the comply foam tips right onto the third party stems. Here's a video for the installation if you wanna check it out: czcams.com/video/T2b0YziX-xk/video.html
Stay tuned because this week and next week I have two more foam tips videos coming out and they each will have its own giveaway!
Thank you so much!!! ❤ this was so helpful 🎉
I bought these foam tips and yes they do stay in better but nonetheless fall out eventually. I just bought some hook grip ones to see if that’s better. Hope so.
Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that they slip out! Everyone's ears are different and honestly, I really miss the original Airpods design
Whoohoo!!! I loved your video and all the matching phone accessories and outfit!!! Currently calling Ruston Louisiana!!
Randi Jiang WOOHOO! I love your comment!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 So nice of you to comment on my outfit. I spent an entire 3 minutes picking it out, it was the toughest 3 minutes of my life. Thank god someone liked it. Wait, no, LOVED it. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thanks for the tip! (No pun intended, well maybe) Just got some pros and I love them other than the fact they scraping my ear from pushing them in so much, so I’ll try this
Hahahahaha I like the puns! There have been new releases of all kinds of tips for the AirPods Pro, some are branded, some are those transparent gel ones you can find on Amazon, I think they’re all pretty good! Just depends on what your flavor is. Some people find the foam ones get a bit yucky after a while
@@CuriousDerek Oh cool, good to know!
Great video and I will be looking into the tips you have suggested. I saw your little clip about your hands and psoriasis and I to have Psoriasis and I know what you are going through with the pain and everything else. I just wanted to say keep up the good work and hey don't think its a bad thing there are not many of us that have a disease with no cure that can say we are alive. Think positive and live day by day. I have lived with it since I was 13 and now 50 and tried many different medical trials and derugs and just found thart dealing with it and not fighting it is the best thing to do. Just be you and don't ever let anyone change who you are or how you live.

So good to hear from someone who has similar health issues as I do! In my other channel I plan on using my stories to help others who are facing this annoying autoimmune disease. If you have the patience to wait for my next video, there's a giveaway for stems and memory foam tips! So sorry that I don't have a timeline for it, I am battling a painful ear infection and just haven't been able to film a single video.
This is really nice to know because I got AirPods pro for my birthday and they were fine until I was on FaceTime and suddenly I felt like my head was going to explode. If I keep having this problem I’ll try the foam tips
Thanks for watching this video! Hope the tips work out for you
how are they?
Thanks for the tip. This helped me 👏
Thanks for watching my video! Comply foam tips now have their own tips specifically made for the AirPods Pro, be sure to check them out!
Great critiques! Sunrise, FL!
David Paul Thank you for watching my video!
Good job on the video. Chicago IL. What is the lite gray ear tip again do you have the link?
I really appreciate you watching my video and the comment! The grey tips in the video were actually from my Jaybird X3s, they're called "Comply Foam Tips."
I think Comply is a brand name and they make super comfy foam tips that adds a bit of noise reduction to your earbuds. I found a link on Amazon: amzn.to/35aZZyT
Thank you again, I hope you'll stick around and watch future videos!
For the comply foam tips do you have to small ones or the medium ones?
I personally use the medium ones
Great video! Nice job Derek!
Lindsey LaVida thanks!
Hi derek! Hope you had a lovely day.
I’m confused between airpods 2 and airpods pro. Price factor is not an issue for me but i’ve never used a silicon tip earbuds coz i think they are never comfortable. Do you also feel the same? I have been using apple wired earphones since a couple of years and the experience has been good.
So would you recommend airpods pro to me? Design is better on pro and it looks fab that’s why i’m eager to buy the pro model nothing else.
But will the airpods 2 recommend for running or gymming purpose?
Hey! Wow, you’re so kind and polite 🤣 I’m a bit shocked 🤣🤣🤣 Sorry. I’m still dealing with the pain of a troll calling me a dumbass but hey, it comes with the CZcams territory.
I hope you’re having a lovely day as well! How is the first week of 2021 for you? I’m over here still staring out the window every day waiting for a meteorite to drop out of the sky 🤦🏻♂️ Scarred by 2020 for life 🤣🤣🤣
Anyway, I can only answer your question based on my own experience. I’ve never really used Apple wired headphones because I’ve always had my own. Some brands I’ve used are Audio Technica, Jaybird, Senheiser, Sony, and possibly some other ones I missed.
My first pair of Apple earbuds were the Gen 1 AirPods and let me tell ya, I said they were ugly, I said they were stupid, I’d never buy them...Apple made me eat my words. 🤣
They just work. I love the longer stems because my hands are semi disabled and I’m able to easier make adjustments through gently tapping on the buds to make changes. They didn’t have an app to customize my listening experience, but I’m okay with that. Too many options for me gets me stuck in a loop of indecisiveness. I’d put one in my ear for calls and sometimes my calls go over 3 hours, I just pull the other one out, pop it in my ear, and charge the nearly dead one. No joke, I sometimes forget they were in my ears. The call quality was clear enough that I was heard through a livestream in another country via Facebook messenger calling. Does that make sense?
Now onto the AirPods Pro. The minute it came out, I ordered it. I thought they were ugly too 🤣 Apple has done a fantastic job of making me want to buy ugly things. AirPods Max included. 🤦🏻♂️
AirPods Pro have shorter stems and feel more form fitted to your face. Am I making sense? I tend to ramble. If you have bigger hands, slightly chunkier fingers, you’ll definitely feel the need to adjust yourself to the Pros. Instead of tapping on earbuds this time, you have to sort of squeeze your fingers together to reach that sweet spot on the AirPods Pro stem to adjust your music. Not a particularly huge issue because there’s no volume control and I doubt people really skip songs like they skip rocks. But when there’s a phone call, I get anxious to answer it, and I’m fumbling around my own face to answer a call.
The noise cancellation in the AirPods Pro is the reason I bought them. They’re amazing for the time that they came out. But now, there are SO MANY ANC earbuds that I’m not quite sure AirPods Pro can stay the king of truly wireless ANC earbuds. There are also videos in my channel for the call quality and even microphone quality for video recording if you want to check them out.
For me personally, the silicone tips on the AirPods Pro hurt like a mother and the earbuds just kept falling out. I added foam tips and they’ve worked extremely well, especially now that Comply has come out with their own tips fully made for AirPods Pro.
If you want/need noise cancellation in your life, give the AirPods Pro a try. Many have upgraded from wired Apple headphones and think that the Pros fit better. I however, dearly missed my AirPods Gen 1. So I picked up AirPods 2 and man...I’m basically only keeping the AirPods Pro to make more CZcams videos because I’ve noticed more people asking me questions about them. From what I understand, the AirPods 2 are basically the same design as the first gen, maybe some internal hardware updates. I cannot stress how much I need them. Like if I sold all my earbuds, I’d never sell my AirPods ever again.
As far as running and gymming goes, I personally don’t use them for workouts because I have a fear of losing them. I buy too much CZcams gear for my own good and Apple eats away at my wallet 🤣
However, I do know that if you choose the AirPods 2, Comply has these sort of covers that have “wings” to help the earbuds stay in your ear securely. My Jaybirds have wings and I’ve always worked out with them. They don’t go anywhere. With the AirPods Pro, people like The Everyday Dad (on CZcams) swears by them and he runs every day. He says they’re comfortable and never fall out.
I’m sorry for the super long explanation. I think I’m scripting my possible video for AirPods Pro vs AirPods 2 🤣🤣🤣
Hope it helps! Check Apple’s site for the earbuds return policy. I totally understand the attraction of the AirPods Pro and I’m absolutely disappointed that they just aren’t for me. Don’t know if you’re in a hurry but yesterday I saw a video that maybe we’ll be seeing the release of AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro 2. Apple...🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I’d be that guy to buy the Pros 2 and complain about them hurting me again 🤣
Hope this helps! Thanks for watching my video.
@@CuriousDerek thanks a lot derek for such well explanation! You’ve cleared all my doubts and confusion! I’m very glad man. Hope you make it big in the youtube community.. which i’m sure you’ll do coz you explain everything so perfectly! Thanks again man :)
Nice!! Thank You for helping me with my AirPods Pro. I'm from São Paulo, Brazil
Sorry for the late response! There's a new updated video dropping in a couple minutes, feel free to check it out! Hello from Florida, US, stay safe!
they also have hybrid silicone foam tips
Great video review. All the best from Stockholm, Sweden
Thank you for watching my video! Stay safe!
How do you clean the foam tips? I am assuming mild soap and water, rinse and air dry?
I used canned air lol I actually remove them from my AirPods Pro, hold them with tweezers or pliers and spray them with canned air. I think they’re called canned air? Ya know? Those things that are used to clean computers and keyboards? It’s crazy fun too. Just PSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH and the foam look like they freeze a bit. I’m not sure it’s the proper thing to do, but it sure is fun as hell to do
Just got mine tried the fit test on medium tips that come on the AirPods and it says good fit but I was curious tried smaller ones got a good fit but hurt my ears in like 30 minutes. Tried the biggest set and felt the most comfortable for me but couldn’t get them to pass the fit test.. went back to mediums and now they fail fit test and my ears are starting to hurt after wearing for an hour.. what do I do….
Thanks for watching my video! I honestly just go by what’s comfortable for me and works well with noise cancellation. The software does a great job but I trust my ears lol and anything that hurts me while I listen to music is a no no. Hope this helps!
Los Angeles... hey do you suggest going with the large memory foam as opposed to small being that there is more material to “play with” in order to get that seal? Thanks
Thanks for watching my video! Dude, wait like a week. Comply will be releasing their own foam tips for AirPods Pro, and it comes in three sizes per pack. I already pre-ordered but I have no clue when it’ll get here. I can’t wait to try them out!
Oh and I should probably answer your question eh? I tried playing with the large foam tips and they just don’t fit me at all. Maybe in your case you’d have better luck. But if you can only buy them in one size, I wouldn’t take the chance. It’s expensive if they don’t fit 🤣
How on Earth have you replied to every comment... very impressed!!
Hahahahaha because I believe CZcams is a community and we’re all humans seeking to solve common issues. I’m super happy when people talk to me about my videos, even if they don’t like Apple stuff or tech. I always think that there’s a human on the other side who might feel just a bit happier if someone responded to them. Happy holidays!
Hi which is better foam tips or the silicone rubber tips ?
It depends. If out of the box, the silicone tips fit for you and you don't experience any pain or discomfort, I'd stick with them. If you want a bit more noise cancellation on top of the already amazing capabilities as well as a more fuller feel in your ears, get the memory foam tips. Thanks for watching my video!
Just sold mine an hour ago because couldn’t get used to the pain. I have you could say small ear holes...
I would have tried these tips, but the regular AirPods fit like butter, most of the time I forget I have them on. And for 5 months couldn’t get used to the Pro’s fit.
I’m contemplating on selling mine! 😭😭😭 Still testing out different Comply foam tips to see which ones would work best. I even got other budget AirPod look alikes to use from time to time. Thanks for watching my video!
Super Video. I feel like I'm getting in on the ground floor of something great. Hope Mills NC.
Omg thanks! What an honor to receive a comment like this. The giveaway for the AirPods is over but I saw that you subscribed, stayed tuned because there will be more giveaways to come. Thank you so much for subscribing to my channel!
@@CuriousDerek That's fine. I would have still left the same comment, even without the give away. Honestly, when I went to sub I could not believe that this was a brand new channel. very polished and professional video. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see where this goes!
John How do I give a comment a hundred likes? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you so so much for the encouragement, it means a lot to me. I film videos over and over again until I see something that’s not perfect but okay to upload. When I’m editing, I always ask myself, “How can I provide viewers the perfect balance of entertainment and information?”
I don’t make videos to gain numbers on a CZcams channel, I make videos to make sure people can find solutions to their problems and become friends with me. The most important number to me is one. I love human connections
Great job!
Liz Thank you! 🤗🤗🤗
Swindon, Wiltshire, UK.
GREAT VIDEO. Not sure about the pros. I love the tech on them but would be very disappointed to pay so much money only to have them falling out or not comfy.
Wow, someone from UK! What an honor. Thanks for watching my video! Yeah, I’ll admit I went out of my way to make them fit because I am an Apple fanboy lol. I had fallen into the Apple black hole a decade ago and just haven’t been able to find my way out. I don’t complain much because I’m the person who keeps buying their stuff. But, to give credit where it’s due, their ecosystem has made my life and my work much easier. As an Apple user, I feel as if we’ve been trained to accept the shortcomings as long as the benefits are still much higher. Sort of like a...marriage or a medical treatment 🤣 Oh Apple, what have you done to my life?
yeah my airpods pro hurt my ears so bad. I have tried all sizes but yet it keeps hurting. So these memory foam will help !?
I’m so sorry that I completely missed the notifications! For me personally, the foam tips worked. But it really is a personal preference. Thanks for watching my video!
Thank you for your video. Was they pain you experienced due to the silicon tips or from the plastic body of the AirPods? My left ear is mildly uncomfortable after a while and it seems like it is the plastic part causing a bit of soreness. I’m not really sure if buying foam tips would fix the issue. I’m currently trying out the different tip sizes.
For me personally, it was the silicone tips because I think my ears had just gotten used to either foam tips or the original AirPods. Pretty much all my earbuds have Comply foam tips on them, but the AirPods Pro specifically had two issues. One was that my ears hurt, and two, they kept falling out. Once I bought the Comply foam tips made for the AirPods Pro, I haven’t had any more issues! Although I must admit, I did pick up another pair of AirPods 2 simply because I like their design a bit better than the Pros. If the AirPods Pro body itself is hurting you, I’d reach out to Apple. Are you still within the return period? Thanks for watching my video btw!
@@CuriousDerek I’m still within the return window but I don’t think it’s so problematic that I would return them over it because I have comfort issues with all earbuds. When I switched to the medium buds and after getting used to them, it had already greatly improved. And the large ones I didn’t have issues with comfort and they fit well for a couple days but now they are slipping out. So that tells me it’s just how far I’m putting the buds in my ear and the foam tips would likely help if going back to the mediums doesn’t end up working as well as I’d like. Thanks for your reply. This has been the most helpful for me to figure out if foam tips are a good purchase.
@@kimalexander8703 hey, any update now? what did you end up using ?
@@vanshssengar I have kept them and put some foam tips on and they are extremely comfortable for me now. I also don’t really have issues with them falling out. I bought a cheap pair just to see how I felt about them but I have the Comply tips to replace them with soon
@@kimalexander8703 oh okay! thanks for the quick reply! one more thing, like many others, did you try the large ear tip? did it help solve the issue in any way?
Good job man.
Thank you kindly!
Foam naturally traps specific hertz (audio levels) causing sound to be all muffled and corrupted. The build of foam is much like a sponge. Like sponge sucks up water, foam sucks up sound. (Keep this in mind)
Thanks for the explanation! The foam tips don’t sound muffled to me but I think with earbuds, it’s really a personal preference. Thanks for watching my video!
Keep in mind that AirPods Pro have An always changing EQ. If you ever tried them (I have) you can clearly hear the change, like you put them in, they sound ok, after a sec, you get the really good sound as they adjust the EQ to your ear and the AirPods placement
I love foam tips 👍
Devin Johns They made the AirPods Pro sooo much more comfortable!
Do you have a link to just the stems?
I think the eBay seller sells them with foam tips included. He’s got a version 2 coming out though. The link in the description goes straight to his store, maybe you can message him and ask about the stems? He’s super cool, maybe he can work something out with you. Thanks for watching my video!
Great video
Thank you for watching my video! I’ll be reviewing even more foam tips (upgraded ones) next week. Had the flu this week lol and I’m so dizzy that I didn’t know how to set up my camera 🤣

Update 02/2021
The 3D printed stems and memory foam tips have gone through so many different improvements and they're the most reasonably priced, in my opinion.
You do not NEED brand name Comply foam tips, but they do offer some that are made for Airpods Pro now.

Comply Memory Foam Tips Specifically Made for Apple Airpods Pro:

If you don't know which size to get, I'd start with the assorted size option.
I know this video is over a year old now and I really appreciate you guys still watching it! I'll continue to update this pinned comment if any information changes.
Where is the link to the third party stem and foam tips?
I'm sorry, I. had to delete my previous comment because I've updated the links.
Just got my AirPods Pro and was really disappointed with how uncomfortable they were and I might get these.
If you’re looking for Comply foam tips, they’re available now on Amazon! No need to squish them or make modifications, they’re made to fit the AirPods Pro. I was pretty disappointed when I first put the AirPods Pro into my ears! I actually went and bought another pair of AirPods just because how much I liked them.
did you try foam tips? did they solve the issue?
Thank you for info!!!!

Does the jaybird x3’s tips work with noise cancelling and transparency mode or isn’t it as good?
Xx_FLASH_xX I used the Comply foam tips that came with my Jaybird X3s, not the silicone tips. For the noise cancellation aspect, I think it’s actually better because it provided a bit more of a seal. For the transparency part, I didn’t notice too much of a difference, but then again, I have a habit of taking out my AirPods to talk to people so I haven’t used transparency mode as much as I could.
However, I can tell you that in a situation like if I was standing in line to buy coffee, the music in the store is loud enough to cover over other people’s voices, my AirPods Pro noise cancellation were able to tune out 90-95% of the sound. In transparency mode, I can clearly hear what the person at the register is saying to me, albeit it’s not the most comfortable conversation because you’ve got the store’s music, people’s voices, AND the tiniest little feeling of “muffle” from the AirPods in the ear.
I hope I have explained things clearly lol it’s so hard to describe what AirPods are like.
Content Creators Experiment so the foam tips you wear are better than the normal ones minus that they hurt.
Xx_FLASH_xX The AirPods Pro comes with silicone cone tips, I bought additional foam tips. The foam tips that I got from eBay are comfortable and they don’t hurt at all. I just prefer the Comply Foam over the normal ones because they’re a bit more...dense. Like the normal ones are squishy, but the comply ones have a bit more beefy.
Kinda like a mattress, are you a soft or hard mattress kinda person, you know?
By the way, I wanna thank you for your comments!
Content Creators Experiment thank you very much I now don’t feel as tempted as to get rid of my airpods pro when they will arrive. Thank you 😊
Xx_FLASH_xX Give them a chance, the silicone tips aren’t bad at all IF they don’t slip out. Last thing you want is to lose $300 earbuds. I’m pretty sure I’d cry if I ever lost them. Like I felt my heart actually hurt when I got them lol.
Try ALL of the tips even if the Ear Fit Test tells you you’ve got a good fit. You know your ears better than Apple. Use the silicone tips for a couple of days at home where if you drop one AirPod, you can find it easily.
Congrats on getting AirPods Pro! If you still remember me by then, come back and let me know how you like them lol
Dude, which model number Comply Tips did you get to use on those 3rd Party stems?
I’m so sorry for the late response! I got really sick again. My Comply foam tips were from my old Jaybird X3s. I have an installation video in my channel if you wanna check it out. However, the new and improved foam tips from my links in the description actually come with memory foam and I gotta say, they’re damn near as good as Comply foam tips. I’ve been meaning to make an updated video but the flu and a massive inflammation flare up set me back a couple months.
Carmel Indiana. Thanks for the video help!
My pleasure! There’s an installation video if you decide to try the third party solution. Thank you for watching my video! And OMG you’re my 99th subscriber 🤗🤗🤗
Content Creators Experiment cool!
I’m gonna do something cool to thank you guys once I reach 100, stay tuned!
The link you provide to buy the product says they aren’t compatible with AirPods
Thanks for your comment! The eBay link is for 3D printed stems that were made to fit the Apple Airpods Pro, along with generic foam tips that you have to carefully install onto the stems.
The Amazon links are for universal Comply foam tips that you can use to fit them over the Airpods Pro stems (from the eBay link). They're not specifically made for the Airpods Pro as Apple has not yet released any foam tips and neither has Comply.
I am on a massive delay for my videos because the flu knocked me out for a couple of weeks and then I had an ear infection. However, there IS a video coming that the stems and memory foam tips work nearly as well as Comply foam tips. I'll be doing a giveaway for those in my video. But unfortunately, I cannot provide a timeline as to when that video will be uploaded since I am still wildly dizzy with this awful ear infection. Stay tuned if you have the patience lol
Content Creators Experiment thanks. I would be interested to see a demo or instructional video on how to fit the foam buds from amazon on the airbud pros. Feel better
Hy bro i have the other one earports not like that which don’t have any foam
Sorry, I’m not quite understanding what you mean?
@@CuriousDerek bro i have airpods which hurts my ears is there any salutation like foam or something
If you have the AirPods Pro, there are links in the pinned comment as well as the description for foam tips. If you have AirPods 1 or 2, there are adapters you can find on Amazon, and foam tips are installed onto those tips. Hope this helps!
I wear a hearing aid in my left ear so I have always been used for the silicone fit but these on AirPod pro are horribly annoying, the reason is that the silicone folds in, that’s why it hurts so much, they should of made the ear tips to be longer like silicone earplugs, I also think there is far too much weight on the actual EarPods. If anyone should talk about stuff to do with ear products it should be someone that always have hearing tests aha
This is super insightful! Thanks for the feedback. You should definitely see if you can find a feedback form to Apple as well. Thanks for watching my video! If you’re a content creator too, I look forward to seeing your videos. Happy holidays!
Im in Kansas City Missouri thanks for the tips
Sorry I missed this comment, hope the video helped! Thanks for watching.
My right one always feel like it’s gonna fall off but it doesn’t for me
It’s just hanging in there eh? 🤣🤣🤣 Mine slowly slips out and it’s super annoying. Thanks for watching this video!
For me it’s the left that feels like it’s gonna fall😭😭
@@josueorellana451 It’s the most annoying thing...like music is slowly slipping away 😭
I wish you would have shown how the jay x3 installed
Ah! You’re right! Sorry that I missed out on that step. There’s an upgraded version to these stems and foam tips so there will be another video coming in maybe two weeks or so. I’m waiting for the seller to “perfect” the fit. I’m super stoked and grateful for you feedback! Hopefully you’ll come back and watch the updated video and I’ll be sure to show how to install the Comply tips as well
The sooner the better on the next vid please...explanation on Memory foam tips installation
@@briandiem3548 I think I can have a video uploaded on Wednesday. Stay tuned. Thanks for checking back in with me
Hey dude, I'm so sorry, I had a minor flareup and I was sick for days. I have the videos recorded, just need to add voiceovers and some quick editing. It will most definitely be uploaded tomorrow. Sorry for the delay!
Content Creators Experiment that’s super nice of you to tell me ... no worries my friend
Would this help me with the Gym?
I don’t wear the AirPods Pro for working out personally because I have a fear of losing them. But in my case, using the foam tips have definitely helped keeping them in my ears. The updated 3.0 version of the eBay foam tips and the newly released Comply foam tips work equally well in my opinion. There’s just no need to make DIY modifications now! Hope this helps, thanks for watching my video!
OMGGGG I also have this problem with right ear. I am getting foam tips and I guess that will solve it.
Thanks for watching my video! I saw your other comment as well so I’m gonna go there to respond 🤣🤣🤣
Content Creators Experiment XD yes after I suscribed I got vid recs ahaha
I can’t thank you enough 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 On Sunday I’ll be dropping a new video to thank subscribers, make sure you enter the giveaway!
@@CuriousDerek Bro can you post a video on tips and tricks for foam eartips. And especially how to cut them.My main problem is they become uncomfortable after 30 minutes or 1 hour. Please help and also reply 🙏🙏
@@chillmusic1122 Bro, I got bombarded by notifications and missed this one, sorry! Comply has their own branded foam tips now. The eBay store that I linked also constantly makes improvements to his products. You don’t need to cut anything now, there are a lot of foam tips made the AirPods Pro. Hope this helps!
Newmarket, Canada. I would love them so much
OMG someone from Canada! A lot of the creators I like to watch are from Canada 🇨🇦
The giveaway is over and the winners have been chosen. Thank you so much for watching my video 😭
The link is broken
What’s the name of these comply phone tips ? ,, can you post a link of it
I think Comply is a brand name and they make super comfy foam tips that adds a bit of noise reduction to your earbuds. I found a link on Amazon: amzn.to/35aZZyT
Thanks for reminding me! I’ll add these into the description as well.
Content Creators Experiment
I know thats it’s a brand but they have different types with different sizes,, which one is the one you use ,, I’m afraid to buy one and turn out to be too large to the case to close
And does it worth an extra 20$ ?
@@Sh3shpon1 Good question! My comply foam tips came with my Jaybird X3 headphones so I'm actually not sure. But hold off on purchasing the foam tips! There's a version 2.0 of the foam tips I got, the seller said it's almost ready. It's supposed to be memory foam, sweat resistant, and comes with a wax guard!

Hey bro I’m talking all the way from miami
I’m in Fort Lauderdale!
Unfortunately these did not work me
Sorry these didn’t work out! Were your ears hurting? Did you find another solution?
The link that you have for the Comply foam doesn’t work for air pod pro
Oh no! Comply has recently come out with foam tips specifically made for the AirPods Pro and Amazon listings sometimes get changed out for other items. Let me go ahead and update the links. So sorry about that and thank you for letting me know!
@@CuriousDerek No problem! Thanks for the update keep up the good work

3 years after this and they still hurt my ears
also so sorry about your hands and the arthritis. i’m dealing with the same but fortunately not with the psoriasis
I hated the first AirPods but the pros r better. The first ones sucked on comfort and staying in ur ear. I gave them to my sister and she doesn’t even use them. But the pros r doing good so far for me.
Dude, for some odd reason Gen 1 worked great for me but the Pros just couldn’t stay in 😭 then I got the AirPods Max and holy smokes 😍 but they’re over the ear and so expensive that every time I look at them I question my sanity. Of course, by expensive, I mean from the point of view of an average consumer. I’ve seen some stupid expensive headphones for pros. Thanks for watching my video!
They are so painful after wearing them for any length of time.
I have this too. My right ear is fine though but my left ear hurts after wearing it for 5 mins gosh! i hate it!!
So sorry I missed the notifications! Yeah it’s so weird that a bunch of people have reported it only hurts one ear. Both of mine hurt AND I couldn’t get them to stay in. But the foam tips solved my problems. Hopefully you find a solution and thanks for watching my video!
@@CuriousDerek Nope.. im getting used to it now. Its also my first time wearing TWS earphone like AirPods Pro, after 2 weeks both of my ear is now comfortable not hurting anymore 👍🏻 thanks for replying anyways
So good to hear that it got better for you!
To anyone experiencing ear pain, Just only put the tip in (😭) and your ears wont hurt . Don’t shove the whole thing in your ears.
Thank you for this tip!
Content Creators Experiment I see what you did there
The noice cancelation isn’t that good if you don’t put it all the way in there
csdial arnt you meant to put it all the way?
csdial I put the tip in only with noise cancelation and it works for me. I’m using the Medium Tip btw. But then again, everyone’s ears are different
My name is Orlando and I live in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines. ❤️❤️❤️
I always used android and now that I got a iPhone the apple earbuds HURT my ears. They are so uncomfortable and my old normal earbuds never bothered me.
So sorry I missed the notifications! Apple’s earbuds designs (wired and wireless) are definitely different than traditional earbuds. iPhones will still work with other Bluetooth earbuds though! I’ve tried Bose, Jaybird, UE Fits, and JLab, they all work fine. As far as wired earbuds go, they’ll work with the headphone adapter. Thanks for watching my video!
Did you use the stem from the 3D printed tips and put it on the jaybird tips or did you just use the jaybird tips by itself only
I used the 3D printed stems I bought on eBay. If you’re thinking of buying them, hold off on it! The seller informed me he’s making version 2.0, and it’ll come with even better foam tips. Might save you from buying Comply tips
Foam tips definitely fixes the problem esp if you have oily skin
I agree! The newest updated memory foam tips even have wax guards, I showed them in my newest video. I don't even see the need for comply foam tips anymore
I really hope these foams help airpods to stop hurting my ears bcuz if they don't im selling them lol
My right ear hurts sooooo bad! I love them but my ear aches even when I don’t have them in.
@@vrmomoffour9446 my both ears hurt as soon I put them in but after taking them off im good. still waiting for the foams to arrive
Oh no…have you seen a doctor regarding the earache? Really hope it gets better for you!
Again, so sorry I missed all the notifications, have the foam tips arrived? If you sell your AirPods Pro, be careful! Some people have been buying used AirPods Pro and then claiming that they received fakes, then they send the fake ones back! It’s infuriating what scammers do these days.
My left ear is fine, but my right ear hurts so bad. These are one of the best tech products I've ever owned aside from comfort, so I hope memory foam ear tips help.
I subbed
Thank you for watching my video and subbing! Comply has come out with their own Airpods Pro foam tips and I am waiting for those to arrive. Can't wait to make a video on those.
the memory foam tip loses audio quality when used
I’m trying out the new Comply ones that just came out, I think it’s actually got a better seal. But everyone’s preferences are different. Thanks for watching my video!
Thanks for the video the foam is very comfortable
These lasted me about a week before I gave up and threw away my money on other tips.
I can’t wear regular AirPods because they hurt the cartilage in my ear. AirPod pro are slightly better but still annoying. Found this video and bought the tips...not impressed.
1. When they get warm from being in your ear they can fall out.
2. The tips fall off of the plastic adapter you have to install yourself
3. When they are warm they don’t hold their shape meaning you need to wait for them to cook before charging your headphones or have the get nicked by the case causing them to rid and get ruined.
The idea is there, but not the execution.
Sorry that these didn’t work for you! There have been some new ones that were released. Did you get the eBay ones, Foam Masters, or Comply tips? Comply would be the one with the most reputation behind the brand and they have a good warranty. The eBay seller is super nice and he’d totally work with you if you have issues. The new ones definitely fit inside the case though. I was going to make a new updated video but I’ve been dealing with one family emergency after another and I’m super behind. Let me know how I can help solve your issues! Earaches from earbuds are the worst!
The sound is really low on this vid. : /
Sorry about this! I’ll be more mindful in future videos. Thanks for watching!
The best way to fix fitment issues with Air Pods Pro? Buy Galaxy Buds+
Hahahahahahaha don’t know why I’m laughing so hard at this. Great solution! Thanks for your comment
@@CuriousDerek Lol, well I say that because the AirPods pro do sound good, they just didn't fit my ears well even with the foam tips.
Yeah...it's not for everyone. I'm trying out the Anker Soundcore and I really like it! There's also third party tips for them as well and they're cheaper so that's always a plus. I feel like sometimes (okay maybe most times) I'm blinded by my Apple fanboyness. Yeah...that's a word. I just decided it's a word 😂I'm too deep into the Apple ecosystem and I just want my Apple stuff to work. Hell, even with my new iPhone 11, I've been trying out all kinds of new cases and still missing my old Product Red leather case from my iPhone 10. When Apple gets you...it gets you. For those who are able to stay away or stray even a little, say hello to the other side for me 😆
I’m from Fresno California. Hoping I win!
One fit ok, the second on the left just really hurt and was painful. I was told to grab some form tips
Sorry for the late response, have you gotten your foam tips yet? If not, my new video that just dropped has a giveaway for memory foam tips!
They are so uncomfortable and hurt my ears so much it hurts pulling them out 🙁
Hey Christmas
Hi! I almost forgot I made that video over Christmas lol
AirPods Pro? Or normal someone answer
If you don’t need or want noise cancellation or the new spatial audio feature that’s coming out in iOS 14, I’d go with the normal Airpods. Save some money! I loved my original AirPods 😭
They hurt
Dubai
Hello from Florida! Stay safe! Thanks for watching my video 🤗
Do people not understand why it hurts lol there is a motor that causes the pressure to build up to prevent it from falling or losing sound quality
If I say I understand it, does it prevent my ear to hurt? Or are you saying that I should just accept the fact that it hurts because "there is a motor that causes the pressure to build up to prevent it from falling or losing sound quality"
@@kevinl.9657 literally. fucking. Yes 👏, if you don’t like the limited tech we have as a being to be able to give the best results with compromise, you could always switch to apples competitors.. ya know….the ones how still havnt figured out how to add gps tracking to other devices non native to their own ecosystem??
My AirPods hurt my right ear so bad. The pain gets unbearable after an hour.
JoeCzo it’s my

Soviet Ninja it burns like a mf 😂 I’ve tried all ear tips and nothing. I think it’s the design that hurts my ears. I have the galaxy buds plus as well and they’re perfect imo. I’ve worn them for 8 hours str8 and they’re still very comfortable in my ears.
Sorry for the late response fellas, I got really sick again. Thank you both for watching my video! Joe, sorry to hear that even ear tips didn’t work for you! I haven’t tried Galaxy buds but I’ve heard good things about them. Soviet Ninja, have you tried the ear tips?
Content Creators Experiment I just recently bought them 2 days ago. I’m really thinking about buying foam tips. I really like the pros. They are definitely better than the originals. It’s just the silicone tips are not secure. I tried all sizes and it doesn’t work. I’m the weird person who’s original AirPods fit my ear perfectly. I’m looking at silicone tips on eBay currently. It’s just kinda disappointing now that I have to spend more money. I also think it could be because there are no wings on the airpods. I didn’t have any issues with the Samsung pods either because of the wings.
Same for me! I got addicted to AirPods and had to eat my own words for making fun of how ugly they were lol. Then I saw that the Pros had noise cancellation and I just had to have them. My god if Apple came out with the original AirPods design but added noise cancellation, I’d sell my pros. I can’t guarantee this week I’ll have a video out because I’m still recovering from my flare up and feeling all kinds of woozy but I do know I will be giving away foam tips soon. Don’t know if you can wait for that though...

Bro my ear hurts soooo much!!! Likely tunnel hurts so badly
That’s exactly what happened to me! I couldn’t believe that they cost so much and hurt so badly 😭 Since then I’ve bought a ton of other Bluetooth earbuds 🤣 But I keep reaching for Apple because I’m deep in their ecosystem

My ears itch
There is a huge thread in the Apple Discussions about these new tips causing people itchy and infected ears, yet Apple is not even bothering to reply. The tips they use are not the same silicone ones as other brands and are causing people some serious issues, so if you have sensitive ears, think twice before investing in these overpriced health hazards.
Thanks for the heads up! That’s really messed up that people are getting ear infections...I don’t think Apple as a company would come right out and respond because it might open them up for a lawsuit? But I do really wish they’d come out with alternatives soon. Comply had their AirPods Pro specific foam tips listed on Amazon, I bought them, and then my order was cancelled two months later because they weren’t able to fulfill it. My plan is to try out other Comply foam tips to see which ones would fit the best.
To anyone else who sees these comments, I do agree that if AirPods style earbuds work for you already, think twice before buying AirPods Pro. I’m an Apple fanboy through and through but I still call them out when they could make improvements. I even got a pair of One Plus earbuds to compare against the AirPods Pro because I really liked the AirPods style just didn’t wanna pay another close to $150 for them.
Thanks for watching my video!
@@CuriousDerek I feel really let down because I do love my Airpod Pros but I can no longer wear them as my ears are in bad shape. Specially the one ear I always wear when I'm mindlessly scrolling videos in bed is worse than the other one.
I never had issues with other brands so clearly Airpod Pro tips are of different material. I will try other non-Apple tips and hopefully I will not have to return my Airpod Pros...
Damn dude, keep me posted! For the time being, maybe go back to wired earbuds? It sucks but better than having an ear infection.
Content Creators Experiment Yeah man, back to headphones for now, forgot how good my Beyerdynamics were :)
Kulkulan haven’t tried them yet but glad you found a silver lining!
Airpods pro hurt so baaaad
The airpods gen 2 is better
Lol I got the AirPods Gen 2 as well. I hate to admit that I’m only holding onto the Pros to see what other videos I can make on it since there have been so many updates. I also have the AirPods Max coming soon but if those hurt my ears, they’re going back. I’d cry if they hurt me 🥺
The foam tips ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WORK!! They dont seal well. The original is better
Sorry that the tips didn’t work out for you! I got them because the original silicone tips just wouldn’t stay in my ear and their hurt me pretty badly. Everyone’s ears and and preferences are different though, so I understand that you might prefer something different than me. If it helps at all, in my future videos I’ll be hosting giveaways, maybe you can come and try your luck at winning some cash?
You don't answer my question ..These things hurt my ears and you talk about how slippery are they
Sorry that you feel your question wasn't answered. Yes, these definitely made the pain go away for me. However, keep in mind that everyone's ears are different.
