- In this episode I switch out the rack bushes gor bearings, replace spacers with aluminum counterparts, and trim the lower deck for more clearance!

@@scaledynastyyes it’s disappointing they can’t include the 8 bearings for the steering rack. Well all sorted now. Did you get your spacer directly from Yeah Racing?
Yeah they sell them as a kit of various sized spacers that are great for shimming out parts with play in them!
Nice video. I was looking at how to get to the steering arm on the opposite side of the servo as I'm charging servos and the arm isn't straight anymore cause the horn is a different thickness. And it looks like I'm going to have to take the whole front end off like in this video. I might save that for when I get upgraded steering parts. This will save me the headache of having to do it twice and not do it just for the arm. I'm saving this vid for when I upgrade the steering. Cheers

The bolt the to to the black plastic car that the steering arms bolt to I have ne that keeps coming loose.. and falling out.
Have you overtightened that bolt and stripped the threads in that hole? Maybe you can use a dap of locktite to hold the bolt in there?
@@scaledynasty I used an old engineering trick of a drop of superglue. Works like a champ.. but track time tomorrow will tell me more

Are the bearings from yeah racing? I noticed they have 3 different bearing sets.
The ones I used are not, but you can find the sizes of the bearings I used in the comments!
