Do we all agree #3 is this weeks bell end, for deliberately blocking a live lane for vehicles and not knowing how a merge in turn lane works.
100% agree. Complete Ken!
100% agree. Deliberate obstruction of the highway. Its kind of baffling that he chose to send that clip in🤷♂️
No, the arrogant bmw prick does not want to wait!
I agree. I hate those types. They're hard enough to endanger someone's life by using their vehicle as a weapon, but bottle it when someone offers them out like the Beemer guy did.
@@pacman1859 They do know how to. They make a conscious decision not to.
#3 the problem is the driver of the vehicle with the dash cam.
Too stupid to realise that both lanes can be used up to the merge point, like you're supposed to do.
agree, was just about to comment the same
Absolutely
Deliberately blocking a live lane…
Totally agree
Yeah , total d#*£ed 😢
number 3, hate to break it to you but you're the problem there
I refuse to believe that #3 genuinely thought people would back him up 😂
@@damiananderson8223 How do you know the camera car has no tax or mot?
why are we not banning people like that?
To be honest I think they should be reported to the police, then submitting this clip will have truly backfired.
I back him up, still 200 yards left of road, traffic is bad, why not utilise both lanes while there is still 2? Cammer has no right to enforce action like that, only police.
@@deividasnavickas Most people don't report stuff. If they did, maybe more people would get banned. This is surely classed as dangerous driving (6 points) which would risk a ban if he did anything else.
#3 you my friend are a first order pillock. Use both lanes to the merge point, then merge in turn. It's not hard.
But he did use both lanes :-)
We are Brits. No pushing in, wait your turn. Forever and ever, Amen.
#3, that is a lorry driver awarding himself the rank of traffic police. It happens all too often, and the result is motorists lashing out because they are frustrated by somebody who has no right to dictate to them. It's more dangerous than the situation they are trying to prevent. And we all know that BMW drivers are more combustible than most...
Also interesting that he decided to let the other lorry pass but not the car drivers... double standards much?
@@steveh3206 Aah, you noticed that, too?
because the wanka in the lorry does not understand how a merge in turn works...how can people be so thick as to not understand a very simple concept..
"the situation they are trying to prevent"? What's that then, legally merging in turn?
#3 is another driver who’s never heard of merge in turn!
just a dickhead who doesnt give a damn about anyone else, bmw, audi, range rover......
It's like that on the stretch of M1 I use coming out of Sheffield. I use the left one and drive all the way to the end of the lane where it's blocked. Then I creep until someone lets me in and do not try and barge in.
Let them in. Not worth the bother and stress. And possible road rage.@@goodyeoman4534
As soon as I saw #3 cammer being an absolute cockwomble, I knew what the comments were going to be like.
Thanks for not letting me down 😂
As if the cammer for #3 sent this in 😂 “look at me being a helmet”
#3 1:52 wonder how the cammers day is going for them 😂 what a melt
#3 is a total bell end. There is a dual carriageway up to the merge point i.e. the point at which you merge. The idea is to maximise the road capacity rather than start to queue potentially miles back. As a so called "professional driver" he should know better.
Glad to see so many comments calling out what a nob head #3 was, not only are they just plain wrong but what they are doing is dangerous and as a professional driver (assuming from height of vehicle) they should know better!
#11 was beautiful, I knew where it was going as soon as I saw the cheapo range rover and left only arrow.
And they decided to get out when traffic was coming past, which isn't exactly the brightest thing to do
@@wanklefish But the cammer should have anticipated that and waited for the oncoming traffic to pass before overtaking. He's also risking the life of the police officers by overtaking them so close. I would have waited and used my signals and the other lane to overtake them.
Unusual to see a non-traffic police car pull someone over these days. Lots of smaller "panda" cars are driven by officers who are not authorised to use the blue lights at all. Even those with who are authorised to drive response are often not authorised to drive pursuit, so if the Range Rover had made off they would have had to have relied on a letter in the post, and then they can deny they were driving.
#11. Good on the Police for stopping the rangerover.
Maybe looked closer than it was but close with the door and the cammer when getting out too
#3 why are you controlling traffic?
Obviously he's a police officer, HGV unit.
@@alastairward2774 Definitely a unit.
#3 I don't condone the actions of the BMW driver but you really should NOT be blocking lanes.
BMW did nothing wrong in this situation - using both lanes till merge point
Cammer however, is a prick
@@nekotranslates For once I'm with the BMW driver :)
@@nekotranslatesSo it is the BMW driver as he also ended up blocking the lane too.
Exactly, but the tantrum WAS funny.
#3 is an absolute tool
No. 3, unless you are a traffic womble, or a copper, you’ve no business controlling the traffic. No. 9, just really, really wanted to enjoy the view.
What an utter twunk @1:21. Must have aspirations be a traffic copper or something. Deliberate blocking of a free moving lane like that should be a nickable offence. Its MERGE & turn not create a two mile queue.
#9 even without road markings WHY THE HELL would you overtake heading into a freaking blind corner....
Simple. GOTTA GET AHEAD! GOTTA GET AHEAD!
driver number 3 should learn what merge in turn is and how a closed lane should still be used all the way up to the actual closure, concerning that people can legally drive and not know this basic information
#11 that junction is notorious for that happening all the time, a lot of locals will cut up the left and push in rather than waiting the queue to go straight. Good to see one get pulled over for it 😂
following an ambulance like that is against the law so this clip needs to be sent to the police so he gets prosecuted.
The driver did get prosecuted. It was on the news, and been on some of the dashcam tv shows.
I love how #3 sent this in thinking this is a good idea.
Wrong, aggressive and proud of it
4:11 - that driver must be going to audition for Stars in their Eyes - he’s brought his own dry ice machine with him ! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤪🤣😂
Did #3 really think he was in the right?
#15, IF manual to automatic, the pedals are still in exactly the same place, just minus the clutch.
Clip 3, amazing how people don't understand how to merge in turn it's very simple
Also #14, the old dude doesn't want to cross because he is expecting this exact thing. Screaming at home to pressure him to cross made it worse
#9 - loved that on-screen comment ! 😂
@1:48 BMW driver totally in the right to be annoyed at the self appointed traffic police officer...Displayed himself in true BMW driver fashion though...Proud of that man...
Getting out of a vehicle to rage at another driver is the work of a moron. Setting a fine example for the kids in the car as well. He and the cammer were both dicks.
#8 "cretin" haha love this!
Seen a LOT of these clips a long time before today
#3 every commenting on the lorry driver but am I the only one that noticed he had no issue with that HGV with the digger on the back passing him.. in fact he actively moved out its way
#3 is being an asshole just because.... Its widely knows that both lanes have full access on the roads up until the physical merge point. This cammer deserves road penalties against them.
#12. Not letting him in = more trouble. It's just not worth the bother over a few yards.
1:40
Lorry driver acting as a copper - use all the space available and merge in turn you pillock, if someone wanted the lane to be closed earlier, there would be cones on it.
At 1:02, the driver of the small car knew that the truck needed that lane but he did all that he could to make sure that he did not get in front of him and of course with all of the other traffic behind him, the truck driver knew that he was not going to be allowed over, all that the driver of the small car had to do was to let the guy through. We all know that an indicator does not give right of way but what harm would it have been if he had just let him in?
Looks like lane 1 and 2 were for different directions, as there's a big queue going back in lane 1 but barely anything in lane 2. Think the truck knew what they were doing, was trying to cut into the queue and push in rather than be let in.
@@dan8ch523 I suppose that perhaps the truck driver was not very familiar with the area and we don`t know how long he had been trying to get into that lane, I really don`t care if the truck driver was trying to push in, I have a lot of compassion for the drivers of big vehicles, it is much harder for them to manoeuvre thorough traffic, we should give them some slack, I would have let him in when I saw that he was indicating.
and this why we all need dashcams front and rear
1:50 the first and only time I'll ever agree with a bmw driver
At 2:10 the BMW driver was a bit too angry for my liking but we don`t know why, he was perfectly correct to use that lane and merge in turn at the lane end, that is the correct way to do it, this method saves a long tailback of cars.
Comment on number 11 I couldn’t agree more. When you think the rules don’t apply to you it doesn’t matter how small the infraction is, they need to know there will be repercussions.
Great clips. Even better seeing them the 5th or 6th time repeated in every video 😂
#13 - Certain that the golf came from behind the cammer? Looks to me like he came around the roundabout so the cammer should have given way. Golf shouldn't have done what he did though
I don’t think so. I have watched it again at O.25x speed and while it is impossible to confirm, the car coming round the roundabout doesn’t look like a Golf.
#14 stop forcing folks to cross. Impatient female dog, You almost killed him.
#6 Couldn't have a better tune playing for that near miss.
The pedestrian in Number 6 must have been up all night, because they certainly got lucky there 😆.
#12. I hope the clown in the BMW loses their license for that really dangerous episode of driving.
Agreed. Clearly a menace to other road users.
#11 is in Hunts Cross, I've had people do the same to me a few times, no police behind unfortunately.
Ambulances should have rear view cameras so "Jeremy Hunts" like that automatically get a ticket.
Number 3 getting a well deserved hiding in the comments.
It snaps me off when someone blocks merging lanes. They're supposed to be a professional driver too (HGV).
#7 that engine is toast!
Would be nice if you recommended more affordable dash cams
For the most part, the cheap ones are garbage. If you're spending £20k+ on a car, and hundreds or even thousands on insurance, then why not spend a couple of hundred on a decent front and rear dashcam that will actually do the job you need it for when it matters
Such love for a BMW Driver in the comments...
Wow 2024 looks to be a strange one so far.
Agree BMW was in the right in 3rd clip! Traffic would actually flow better if people used both lanes and trying to block the lane off is pathetic!!!!
#14 Instead of just shouting "no" repeatedly, this might have been a good time to sound the horn to warn the mobility scooter rider and the car driver of the danger.
The car driver on the left was the one most at fault. Supposedly qualified driver with bugger all hazard perception.
OK, with hindsight that's probably true. But hey, let's try not to counsel perfection to a cammer who was quickly thrown into a situation through no fault of their own.
@@mrbadger9920 Nobody suggested otherwise though did they?
She's not shouting "no", she's shouting "go" and is partly at fault for trying to get him to cross when there's another lane the mobility scooter probably couldn't see and she wasn't paying attention to - despite initially recognizing that it was a dumb place to cross, coming out right behind a parked car.
She'd rather be a horrible Karen. Vile woman.
6:30 that moment where the driver realises owning a Range Rover doesn't give you the Rule-Breaking privileges
#12 is on the vehicle in the left hand side. You can see there is no intention to allow a merge with how little room was left with the car ahead. Not a lot better than #3 in honesty.
#14, thats why you dont wave people or cars across roads. If he was hit it would have been you fault for giving him the command to cross. I detest drivers that do this. 🇬🇧
Why do people block two lanes and think that they are doing a good thing?
Frustration, revenge, pettiness, lack of perspective, sexual frustration, who knows.
They believe in the good old British tradition and trait of queueing and fairness, leading to the belief that nobody should "barge in" or "jump the queue"
That is the answer to all the naysayers. Folk don't particularly like queueing but hell hath no fury if you try to jump the queue, push in or take advantage. Wait your turn!!@@ArminGrewe
@@terryable-hh4ck and yet, if everyone was doing merge in turn right, nobody could jump the queue or take advantage. We would use our limited road space more efficiently and reduce traffic problems.
In ideal world, yes. But as we all know from watching dash cam videos the motoring world is far from perfect.@@ArminGrewe
#3 A BMW drive that's correct :O
6:37 sadly that is a rare sight in dash cam videos
I genuinely believe that the merge problem in #3 is caused by the piss-poor design of the sign. That stupid sign basically shows a dead end in the left lane - which encourages everyone to get out of that lane before the merge point.
The sign should show 2 lanes separated by a solid line, and both merging into a new lane in the centre at the end. The psychology of that sign is all wrong and it leads to well-meaning lorry drivers doing this kind of thing, even though they're absolutely definitely in the wrong.
TL;DR: we need a new sign for merge ahead.
8:26 I was thinking crash for cash but with hgv at that speed more likely to be a failed dignitas attempt
is this a re upload? i am sure i have seen all these clips before in the same order. still, it shows there are still a lot of bad drivers out there and some of them even think they are good drivers too.
I am amazed at the amount of drivers whi think that putting you indecator ON gives you the ultimate gods power savour of the world power of direction and everyone else has to move out the way like parting of the red sea ... I guess you have to give them some credit as they did indicate..
Well done to the rozzers in #11
1:40 YOU are in the WRONG!!!! KNOBHED!!!
Im only here to read the comments about #3 . Wasn't disappointed.
Number 4 is exactly why you should travel in lane 1, and not in lanes 2 and 3 unless you're over taking. his car lost power in lane 2, VERY dangerous!!
6:00 Here we see something rare caught on camera, it doesn't happen all that often but you love to see it when it does happen.
ref #3 - Guys, I'm going to guess you've never been in the situation I have, where a motorway was 3 lanes into 1 at 5 mph, some trucks blocked the closed lanes behind me, and the traffic speed got up 50 30mph at least back to them.
#5 - Will someone please report that slipstreamer!?
#11 - To the cammer, "Nice and well timed deviation mate."
To the Range Rover - "Instant karma is a total bee hatch."
RDA - Thanks for the clip numbers; they really help with addressing individual incidents in a compilation like this.
The whole queue moves quicker if the merging is done earlier and smoother, rather than having one lane stop for every impatient & self entitled driver in the other lane!!!
@@user-zz6zn2tp3y only because people like you don't understand it and don't do it right. When it's done right nobody can "barge in" and the whole traffic glides just like a well oiled zip (which is why it's also called zip merge). Not to mention that it helps preventing massive queues blocking junctions further down.
#15 Is local to me on the A1079. The junction has its fair share of this type of behaviour. Locals complain about how fast the traffic is when it is actually mostly just doing the signposted speed on a major trunk road. They need to appreciate the need to accelerate more quickly and those already on the road should be aware enough of the risk to ease up a bit past this and similar junctions.
Drivers on the road have definitely gotten worse over the last 5 years
The number 2 fact I have determined from watching hundreds of these videos is that innocent drivers drive themselves into a problem that they could have avoided.
#3 cammer - what a bellend
#3: It looks like the BMW was trying to squeeze past as the cammer had already pulled out. An "everybody sucks" situation.
#5: That gives a whole new menaing to ambulance chasers.
#9: The cammer had already reached the solid white line so it was already illegal to overtake.
3, the cammer was intentionally blocking the lane, that is careless/dangerous driving.
#3 Why did the cammer pull out ?
Why didn't the cammer (lorry driver) stay in his lane, instead of trying to block both lanes and police the roads. The merge was 200 yards ahead indicated by the signs, the highway code states you should use both lanes and then merge in turn at the merge point.
Genuine comment. Zero bullshit, if anyone knows the owner of the Red BMW in clip #3. I want to buy him a beer. Fully back him for telling this fake policeman a "stretched mouthed banker"
Well done lad. My offer stands.
#5 kudos ambulance driver, report them to the cops..
Never knew Snoop Dog had a BMW.
#15 hitting brake when trying to change gear as force of habit does sound plausible. but incredibly dangerous in this case.
really? The clutch is on the far left of the footwell, the brake towards the right with a significant gap to the clutch but close to the accelerator. That's some very odd foot positioning to hit the brake with you left foot. I can get accidentally accelerating when wanting to brake (or vice versa), but brake instead of clutch?
@ArminGrewe changing from a Manual to an automatic, it's very plausible.
@@Rybo-Senpai not to me, the foot positioning and movement would have to be very odd for that. Also you've just pulled out of a junction from standstill. To do all that you didn't have to put the car into first gear, you didn't have to let the clutch out finding the bite point while giving just the right amount of gas, then you don't hear any engine strain as the automatic has already shifted to second or even third gear. The car isn't a new car driving off from a dealer forecourt, it's a used car somewhere out in the sticks, so most likely has been driven for a bit. And you're seriously telling me suddenly force of habit takes over?
Sorry, I don't buy it.
@ArminGrewe okay but it could be a family member driving another family members car..so right there it's an unfamiliar car to the driver or it could be a test drive through private seller.
@ArminGrewe you don't have to buy it Mr perfect. But it's plausible.
#10 Two guys from poland on one roundabout 😂
Some of those cammers were the real traffic problem. Waiting until the last minute to slow down or stop. Tailgating, thereby not giving the cammer time to slow down or stop.
That car driver being in too big of a hurry, they dangerously tried to pass the farm tractor. People need to learn more patience, especially for slow moving vehicles like that farm tractor.
Number 9 the Road is marked for no overtaking, its the soild white line
#14 that was Heisenberg, you don't mess with Heisenberg.
#15 seems more like a failed crash for cash attempt with a bogus explanation by the car driver (from 8:24 )
I was going to call #3 a clunge.....
But it appears loads of people beat me to it.
Straight to the comments for #3
#6: That pedestrian certainly 'Got Lucky'
It's so good when the song fits the situation.
#11 6:39 Cammer should have also been pulled over for a minor offence. He should have waited for the oncoming traffic to pass before overtaking the police. He almost hit the door of that Range Rover.
No, the Range Rover driver nearly hit the cammer with the door! The offence is in opening the door so as to injure or endanger another road user.
Was #8 a hit from behind or from the side because it had stopped over the line intruding into the roundabout?
I couldn't figure it out either, vid comment saying the cam footage showed it was really an 'accident' doesn't make sense for either situation, or being hit from the car in the right lane next to him either. If the lane has an obstruction then surely the person in it would see it and avoid it either by stopping or moving over in the lane if possible - so again incident not accident.
Very clearly shows it was from behind.
I know that junction in #11 and that happens almost every light cycle, its a joke!
#11 It was pretty obvious the Range Rover was going to ignore the road markings and go straight on
#8 looked like he was on his mobile to me.... you can see it at the top of the steering wheel and he puts it down after the crash.
#3 enuff said already, #11 for me was a quality bit of Karma 🤣
#11 I don't think being in the wrong lane was the problem, it was forcing the cammer out of the way.
I think you could sell snow to the Eskimo
The foreign van (driver on left side). Don't know why the excuse. Thousands of Brits do it every year when holidaying on the continent and we manager quite well. All the van needed to do was to stop at the roundabout a little further back, and you can see more
No#5 why was the ambulance driver worried about what was happening behind him?
He should be worried about what’s in front and the patient!
I think ambulance driver was in the wrong in that scenario!
